the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v and_o may_v at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n without_o further_a warrant_n make_v and_o direct_v commission_n or_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n give_v they_o or_o some_o of_o they_o thereby_o authority_n to_o tender_a and_o minister_v the_o oath_n aforesaid_a to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o by_o the_o aforesaid_a commission_n or_o commission_n the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v be_v authorize_v to_o tender_v the_o same_o oath_n unto_o oath_n the_o penalty_n for_o the_o first_o refusal_n of_o the_o oath_n and_o be_v it_o also_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o if_o the_o 16_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n richard_n the_o second_o kings-bench_n stat._n sect._n 7._o certificate_n of_o refusal_n into_o the_o kings-bench_n and_o furthermore_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n have_v authority_n to_o tender_v the_o oath_n aforesaid_a shall_v within_o forty_o day_n next_o
