these_o circumstance_n it_o can_v but_o be_v of_o evil_a consequence_n and_o a_o lessen_v unto_o sovereignty_n to_o own_o the_o have_v a_o eye_n to_o other_o prince_n in_o the_o execution_n of_o their_o law_n for_o nothing_o can_v be_v more_o dishonourable_a to_o a_o prince_n than_o to_o be_v under_o the_o awe_n of_o foreign_a potentate_n in_o his_o administration_n within_o his_o own_o dominion_n but_o this_o gentleman_n do_v not_o always_o ponder_v what_o he_o write_v for_o when_o i_o consider_v his_o sharpness_n against_o the_o presbyterian_o &c._n &c._n in_o england_n call_v 60._o they_o mushroom_n tare_n and_o the_o son_n of_o belial_n insinuate_v the_o transplantation_n and_o extirpation_n of_o they_o i_o can_v but_o wonder_v he_o shall_v have_v so_o much_o concern_v for_o the_o reform_v abroad_o who_o be_v the_o same_o with_o the_o presbyterian_o of_o england_n and_o therefore_o must_v judge_v it_o to_o proceed_v from_o favour_n to_o the_o papist_n towards_o who_o he_o so_o tender_o avoid_v all_o reflection_n and_o severity_n as_o if_o he_o think_v the_o revolt_n of_o a_o presbyterian_a etc._n etc._n to_o popery_n to_o merit_v a_o pardon_n from_o transplantation_n or_o extirpation_n and_o not_o
