the_o throne_n nay_o according_a to_o this_o principle_n sovereign_a authority_n can_v never_o be_v any_o where_o else_o but_o in_o the_o people_n because_o the_o people_n can_v part_v with_o their_o strength_n nor_o confer_v it_o on_o the_o supreme_a magistrate_n it_o be_v so_o their_o own_o that_o they_o can_v give_v it_o away_o but_o you_o will_v say_v they_o may_v promise_v that_o they_o will_v not_o use_v their_o natural_a strength_n otherwise_o than_o the_o supreme_a magistrate_n or_o than_o the_o law_n shall_v direct_v true_a but_o though_o they_o promise_v that_o they_o will_v not_o use_v their_o natural_a strength_n otherwise_o than_o the_o law_n direct_v yet_o still_o they_o retain_v it_o nor_o be_v they_o upon_o their_o make_n of_o such_o a_o promise_n weak_a than_o they_o be_v before_o there_o be_v not_o the_o least_o abatement_n of_o their_o natural_a strength_n so_o that_o if_o they_o have_v sovereign_a power_n before_o they_o make_v such_o a_o promise_n it_o follow_v that_o they_o have_v it_o still_o and_o therefore_o if_o as_o he_o say_v power_n be_v a_o certain_a sign_n to_o we_o that_o where_o god_n have_v place_v the_o power_n he_o have_v give_v the_o authority_n it_o be_v infallible_o true_a that_o the_o authority_n be_v in_o the_o people_n and_o can_v be_v no_o where_o else_o because_o there_o god_n have_v place_v the_o power_n hence_o i_o observe_v 1._o that_o the_o doctor_n be_v real_o no_o friend_n to_o crown_v head_n for_o he_o have_v unkinged_a they_o all_o he_o have_v take_v away_o from_o they_o their_o sovereign_a authority_n
