wherein_o the_o king_n ought_v to_o have_v a_o fine_a and_o also_o of_o attaint_v but_o they_o have_v not_o power_n to_o hold_v plea_n of_o appeal_v of_o murder_n rape_n felony_n mayhem_n nor_o to_o inquire_v of_o they_o nor_o of_o riot_n and_o it_o be_v say_v that_o one_o may_v sue_v the_o peace_n against_o another_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o common_a plea_n and_o if_o the_o party_n crown_n and_o to_o inquire_v and_o hold_v plea_n of_o some_o felony_n and_o also_o of_o misprision_n and_o of_o deceit_n do_v within_o the_o court_n and_o within_o the_o record_n thereof_o and_o if_o one_o embezzle_v a_o pannell_n after_o the_o enquest_n pass_v and_o judgement_n give_v in_o the_o common_a plea_n by_o which_o the_o judgement_n be_v reversable_a by_o error_n for_o want_n of_o that_o pannell_n the_o justice_n of_o the_o common_a plea_n have_v power_n to_o inquire_v of_o the_o embeselment_n of_o the_o pannell_n by_o 12._o of_o the_o officer_n and_o attorney_n of_o the_o same_o court_n and_o they_o shall_v be_v swear_v before_o the_o justice_n to_o inquire_v of_o that_o default_n and_o if_o they_o indite_v the_o embesselor_n they_o shall_v be_v arraign_v thereupon_o and_o
