present_a to_o keep_v their_o court_n in_o their_o own_o name_n as_o they_o do_v by_o prescription_n because_o the_o statute_n of_o 25._o do_v restrain_v they_o general_o from_o offend_v of_o the_o prerogative_n royal_a of_o the_o crown_n of_o england_n and_o the_o law_n and_o custom_n of_o the_o realm_n and_o no_o man_n may_v just_o keep_v a_o court_n without_o a_o special_a warrant_n from_o behalf_n over_o his_o inferior_a brethren_n and_o the_o time_n have_v be_v that_o no_o man_n can_v carry_v away_o any_o grant_n from_o the_o crown_n of_o england_n by_o general_a word_n but_o that_o he_o must_v have_v special_a word_n to_o carry_v the_o same_o by_o therefore_o how_o the_o b._n be_v warrant_v to_o carry_v away_o the_o keep_n of_o their_o court_n in_o their_o own_o name_n by_o prescription_n it_o pass_v my_o understanding_n moreover_o where_o as_o your_o lordship_n say_v unto_o i_o that_o the_o bishop_n have_v forsake_v their_o claim_n of_o superiority_n over_o their_o inferior_a brethren_n late_o to_o be_v by_o god_n ordinance_n and_o that_o now_o they_o do_v only_o claim_v superiority_n from_o her_o majesty_n supreme_a government_n if_o this_o be_v true_a then_o
