his_o opinion_n by_o many_o reason_n first_o he_o say_v that_o the_o king_n swear_v to_o his_o subject_n in_o his_o natural_a capacity_n therefore_o the_o subject_n swear_v to_o he_o in_o his_o reason_n of_o this_o opinion_n be_v take_v from_o the_o nature_n of_o treason_n which_o say_v the_o reporter_n be_v commit_v against_o the_o natural_a person_n of_o the_o king_n and_o this_o be_v against_o due_a legiance_n according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o indictment_n in_o that_o case_n provide_v this_o be_v not_o demonstrative_a because_o that_o crime_n which_o be_v do_v against_o the_o natural_a person_n of_o a_o man_n may_v as_o well_o extend_v to_o it_o in_o relation_n to_o his_o place_n or_o office_n and_o so_o may_v treason_n be_v plot_v against_o the_o natural_a person_n of_o a_o king_n as_o he_o be_v king_n neither_o be_v there_o any_o other_o difference_n between_o the_o murder_n of_o a_o king_n and_o a_o private_a man_n but_o only_o in_o regard_n to_o the_o place_n and_o office_n of_o a_o king_n which_o make_v the_o murder_n of_o he_o treason_n for_o which_o cause_n all_o indictment_n that_o do_v conclude_v contra_fw-la legiantiae_fw-la debitum_fw-la do_v as_o
