what_o i_o say_v i._o can_v you_o find_v any_o thing_n that_o prove_v the_o parliament_n be_v by_o this_o proclamation_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la prorogue_v till_o november_n next_o if_o not_o as_o i_o be_o sure_a you_o can_v why_o be_v you_o then_o so_o clamorous_a and_o positive_a as_o to_o affirm_v it_o be_v ii_o the_o proclamation_n be_v but_o declarative_a of_o what_o the_o king_n intend_v to_o do_v on_o the_o 26_o of_o january_n because_o of_o the_o many_o weighty_a reason_n that_o move_v he_o to_o do_v so_o but_o do_v you_o think_v if_o before_o the_o time_n of_o their_o meeting_n next_o month_n the_o king_n shall_v have_v more_o weighty_a reason_n both_o for_o number_n and_o quality_n to_o induce_v he_o to_o the_o contrary_a and_o to_o oblige_v he_o to_o change_v his_o resolution_n that_o he_o will_v not_o because_o the_o royalword_n be_v go_v forth_o our_o law_n be_v not_o like_a to_o those_o of_o the_o mede_n and_o persian_n which_o alter_v not_o and_o sure_o much_o less_o may_v we_o imagine_v that_o proclamation_n be_v irrevocable_a iii_o to_o be_v sure_a the_o king_n will_v be_v very_o well_o advise_v indeed_o before_o he_o actual_o prorogue_n his_o parliament_n for_o so_o long_a a_o time_n as_o a_o twelve_o month_n because_o he_o know_v then_o that_o how_o urge_v soever_o the_o occasion_n may_v be_v to_o require_v he_o to_o have_v his_o parliament_n sit_v soon_o yet_o they_o can_v in_o the_o interval_n of_o prorogation_n sit_v legal_o to_o do_v any_o thing_n but_o in_o a_o preparatory_a way_n in_o ordine_fw-la ad_fw-la etc._n etc._n to_o have_v thing_n so_o much_o the_o more_o ready_a against_o the_o open_n of_o the_o parliament_n and_o therefore_o they_o must_v be_v extroardinary_a weighty_a reason_n that_o shall_v oblige_v he_o to_o run_v the_o hazard_n of_o so_o great_a a_o inconvenience_n which_o be_v no_o other_o way_n remediable_a but_o by_o a_o present_a dissolution_n of_o this_o and_o call_v of_o a_o new_a parliament_n and_o that_o too_o will_v take_v up_o a_o good_a deal_n of_o time_n in_o issue_v forth_o the_o writ_n and_o wait_v for_o the_o proper_a court_n day_n to_o elect_a member_n four_o though_o the_o king_n at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o issue_v out_o this_o proclamation_n see_v nothing_o that_o can_v out-weight_n those_o reason_n betwixt_o than_o and_o the_o 26_o of_o january_n and_o therefore_o not_o to_o put_v his_o parliament-man_n to_o unnecessary_a charge_n by_o their_o long_a and_o wearisome_a journey_n up_o to_o town_n with_o their_o numerous_a servant_n to_o wait_v on_o they_o say_v in_o great_a etc._n etc._n they_o need_v not_o be_v deny_v the_o make_n of_o their_o address_n to_o he_o in_o a_o humble_a and_o besit_a manner_n for_o these_o two_o reason_n 1._o because_o nothing_o can_v be_v more_o significative_a of_o the_o people_n great_a and_o undoubted_a dependence_n on_o he_o for_o the_o redress_v of_o all_o their_o grievance_n than_o such_o a_o low_a and_o become_a prostration_n
