instead_o of_o a_o inconstant_a allowance_n will_v be_v grant_v and_o to_o some_o other_o a_o competent_a one_o too_o 3._o because_o those_o of_o the_o say_a refuge_n who_o never_o can_v obtain_v they_o become_v unprofitable_a member_n to_o the_o public_a and_o to_o the_o private_a the_o say_v refuge_n will_v come_v but_o in_o part_n to_o be_v deprive_v of_o the_o say_v great_a pension_n if_o they_o can_v prove_v they_o want_v relief_n so_o that_o the_o say_v refuge_n be_v utter_o or_o in_o part_n deprive_v of_o the_o great_a pension_n as_o occasion_n serve_v and_o as_o it_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a the_o aforesaid_a poor_a refuge_n may_v be_v more_o relieve_v than_o they_o be_v before_o the_o say_a discovery_n of_o the_o say_v fund_z 5._o because_o by_o the_o discovery_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a fund_z well_o manage_v and_o improve_v many_o poor_a person_n of_o both_o sex_n who_o want_v employment_n and_o look_v for_o some_o to_o maintain_v themselves_o and_o their_o distress_a
