proposition_n for_o delinquent_n send_v to_o the_o king_n into_o the_o isle_n of_o wight_n not_o former_o dispose_v of_o or_o the_o fine_n that_o shall_v be_v set_v upon_o those_o delinquent_n by_o the_o house_n and_o also_o out_o of_o the_o money_n arise_v out_o of_o the_o remain_a part_n of_o all_o the_o land_n and_o revenue_n of_o all_o the_o late_a archbishop_n and_o bishop_n of_o england_n and_o wales_n appoint_v to_o be_v sell_v by_o several_a former_a ordinance_n after_o such_o engagement_n satisfy_v as_o be_v already_o charge_v thereupon_o provide_v always_o that_o if_o any_o surcharge_n can_v be_v bring_v upon_o any_o account_n whatsoever_o make_v and_o state_v by_o the_o say_a committee_n within_o two_o year_n next_o after_o debenter_n shall_v be_v give_v as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o defalkation_n shall_v be_v make_v thereof_o out_o of_o the_o say_v debenter_fw-la so_o as_o it_o do_v not_o exceed_v one_o three_o part_n of_o the_o whole_a debenter_fw-la and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o ordain_v that_o in_o case_n any_o doubt_n or_o difficulty_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n arise_v in_o state_v of_o any_o the_o account_n beforementioned_a so_o as_o the_o say_a committee_n can_v clear_o proceed_v to_o the_o determination_n thereof_o according_a to_o the_o say_a instruction_n then_o in_o every_o such_o case_n the_o say_a committee_n may_v make_v
