for_o that_o reason_n divers_a of_o his_o subject_n have_v incur_v several_a penalty_n and_o be_v pious_o dispose_v to_o put_v a_o end_n to_o all_o controversy_n which_o by_o reason_n of_o these_o that_o be_v accountable_a for_o subsidie-mony_n custom_n tax_n excise_n sequestration_n or_o for_o any_o of_o the_o rent_n of_o the_o king_n queen_n prince_n or_o for_o the_o good_n of_o the_o church_n or_o of_o papist_n recusant_n after_o the_o year_n 1642._o yet_o shall_v not_o their_o heir_n or_o executor_n be_v charge_v at_o all_o unless_o there_o be_v any_o sum_n of_o money_n yet_o seminary_n against_o the_o statute_n of_o 27._o eliz._n that_o the_o act_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o discharge_v any_o obligation_n not_o yet_o receive_v that_o all_o act_n of_o hostility_n shall_v be_v pardon_v and_o all_o name_n of_o distinction_n utter_o abolish_v upon_o the_o penalty_n of_o ten_o pound_n to_o every_o one_o that_o shall_v use_v they_o that_o the_o person_n guilty_a of_o the_o
