proposition_n to_o stand_v as_o to_o the_o english_a and_z as_o to_o the_o scot_n likewise_o if_o the_o parliament_n of_o scotland_n or_o their_o commissioner_n shall_v so_o think_v fit_a branch_n or_o before_o the_o 24_o day_n of_o april_n 1647._o be_v to_o be_v admit_v to_o make_v their_o fine_n and_o composition_n under_o the_o rate_n and_o proportion_n of_o the_o qualification_n aforesaid_a
