and_o be_v seldom_o advance_v to_o that_o office_n till_o they_o come_v to_o their_o elder_a year_n may_v by_o reason_n of_o the_o decay_n of_o strength_n and_o voice_n and_o other_o infirmity_n that_o attend_v that_o age_n be_v excuse_v from_o that_o painfulness_n and_o may_v more_o useful_o employ_v the_o time_n and_o experience_n of_o those_o year_n in_o well-governing_a the_o church_n over_o which_o they_o be_v appoint_v overseer_n but_o if_o any_o beside_o their_o other_o work_n have_v strength_n and_o leisure_n enough_o for_o this_o exercise_n they_o may_v and_o aught_o to_o make_v use_n of_o it_o and_o you_o know_v some_o time_n be_v by_o our_o reverend_a
