every_o the_o right_n title_n estate_n and_o interest_n nevertheless_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v and_o enact_v that_o such_o person_n their_o heir_n and_o assign_v to_o who_o any_o of_o the_o land_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a earl_n of_o clanrickard_n have_v be_v set_v out_o and_o who_o be_v by_o this_o act_n reprizable_a for_o the_o same_o be_v forthwith_o reprize_v out_o of_o the_o first_o land_n that_o shall_v come_v unto_o his_o majesty_n in_o the_o province_n of_o connaught_n and_o county_n of_o clare_n either_o by_o restore_v of_o any_o person_n to_o their_o estate_n who_o be_v former_o transplant_v or_o otherwise_o any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o this_o kingdom_n for_o the_o time_n be_v by_z and_o with_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o privy-council_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o erect_v another_o college_n to_o be_v of_o the_o university_n of_o dublin_n to_o be_v call_v by_o the_o name_n of_o the_o king_n college_n &_o out_o of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n vest_v by_o this_o act_n in_o his_o majesty_n and_o which_o shall_v be_v settle_v or_o restore_v by_o virtue_n thereof_o to_o raise_v a_o yearly_a allowance_n for_o ever_o not_o exceed_v two_o thousand_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la by_o a_o equal_a charge_n upon_o every_o one_o thousand_o acre_n or_o lesser_a quantity_n proportionable_o and_o therewith_o to_o endow_v the_o say_a college_n which_o say_v college_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v erect_v shall_v be_v settle_v regulate_v and_o govern_v by_o
