it_o be_v evident_a that_o it_o much_o concern_v we_o to_o know_v whether_o the_o say_v commissioner_n have_v a_o negative_a voice_n in_o this_o treaty_n for_o the_o matter_n of_o your_o lordship_n paper_n concern_v the_o limitation_n of_o time_n for_o the_o militia_n to_o seven_o year_n it_o be_v not_o possible_a by_o reason_n of_o this_o shortness_n of_o time_n for_o the_o treaty_n it_o be_v ten_o of_o the_o clock_n this_o night_n when_o your_o paper_n be_v deliver_v to_o give_v your_o lordship_n a_o full_a answer_n it_o be_v necessary_a for_o we_o to_o receive_v satisfaction_n from_o the_o best_a expedient_a now_o leave_v we_o for_o the_o procure_n of_o a_o bless_a peace_n and_o by_o it_o the_o preservation_n of_o this_o now_o miserable_a kingdom_n from_o utter_a ruin_n and_o
