your_o petitioner_n have_v for_o above_o twenty_o year_n in_o their_o several_a time_n of_o sickness_n and_o infirmity_n take_v physic_n from_o he_o for_o who_o they_o have_v great_a reason_n to_o bless_v the_o lord_n who_o have_v make_v he_o the_o instrument_n to_o restore_v we_o and_o many_o of_o our_o several_a family_n to_o our_o former_a health_n and_o in_o which_o time_n we_o do_v very_o believe_v in_o our_o conscience_n that_o he_o have_v do_v good_a to_o above_o thirty_o thousand_o person_n and_o that_o he_o make_v all_o his_o composition_n himself_o not_o take_v any_o thing_n for_o admit_v will_v do_v no_o cure_n to_o any_o person_n but_o where_o they_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v reward_v with_o a_o great_a sum_n or_o reward_n than_o the_o cure_n extend_v unto_o for_o in_o case_n they_o will_v minister_v their_o cunning_n to_o poor_a people_n unrewarded_a there_o shall_v not_o so_o many_o rot_v and_o perish_v to_o death_n for_o lack_v of_o help_n of_o chirurgery_n as_o daily_o do_v but_o the_o great_a part_n of_o surgeon_n admit_v be_v much_o more_o to_o be_v blame_v than_o those_o person_n that_o they_o trouble_v for_o although_o the_o most_o part_n of_o the_o person_n of_o the_o say_a craft_n of_o surgeon_n have_v small_a cunning_n yet_o they_o will_v take_v great_a sum_n of_o money_n and_o do_v little_a therefore_o and_o by_o reason_n thereof_o they_o do_v oftentimes_o impair_v and_o hurt_v their_o patient_n rather_o than_o do_v they_o good_a in_o consideration_n whereof_o and_o for_o the_o ease_n comfort_n succour_n help_v relief_n and_o health_n of_o the_o king_n poor_a subject_n inhabitant_n of_o this_o his_o realm_n now_o pain_v or_o disease_v or_o that_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v pain_v or_o disease_v be_v it_o ordain_v establish_v and_o enact_v declare_v that_o the_o health_n of_o the_o people_n be_v the_o supreme_a law_n and_o that_o he_o who_o in_o the_o great_a plague_n adventure_v himself_o for_o our_o good_a aught_o to_o be_v encourage_v in_o his_o practice_n in_o time_n of_o health_n your_o petitioner_n hope_v that_o if_o there_o be_v any_o penal_a law_n in_o force_n that_o be_v destructive_a to_o the_o health_n and_o welfare_n of_o the_o people_n your_o honour_n will_v be_v please_v in_o your_o great_a wisdom_n to_o suspend_v the_o execution_n thereof_o rather_o then_o to_o suffer_v many_o poor_a people_n to_o of_o this_o kingdom_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o so_o many_o poor_a people_n in_o and_o about_o this_o city_n who_o be_v deep_o concern_v herein_o as_o much_o as_o their_o life_n be_v worth_a to_o order_n that_o the_o say_v d._n trigg_n shall_v and_o may_v quiet_o and_o without_o any_o disturbance_n or_o penalty_n practice_n and_o administer_v physic_n in_o and_o about_o this_o city_n notwithstanding_o any_o charter_n or_o law_n to_o the_o contrary_n and_o that_o your_o honour_n will_v be_v please_v that_o such_o money_n as_o have_v be_v recover_v against_o the_o say_a william_n trigg_n may_v be_v remit_v unto_o he_o for_o why_o shall_v any_o man_n suffer_v for_o save_v his_o neighbour_n life_n and_o your_o petitioner_n who_o have_v faithful_o adhere_v to_o your_o honour_n in_o this_o great_a cause_n shall_v have_v reason_n to_o magnify_v your_o honour_n justice_n in_o the_o care_n and_o preservation_n of_o our_o health_n a_o thing_n most_o dear_a unto_o we_o and_o
