provision_n for_o they_o and_o that_o they_o also_o have_v supply_v themselves_o we_o shall_v remember_v according_a to_o your_o lordship_n expression_n in_o your_o paper_n that_o not_o write_v ordinance_n but_o real_a payment_n must_v satisfy_v the_o necessity_n of_o the_o soldier_n and_o we_o hope_v it_o shall_v be_v aswell_o remember_v also_o how_o far_o better_o than_o paper_n our_o ordinance_n have_v prove_v to_o that_o army_n which_o have_v not_o be_v more_o ready_a to_o engage_v itself_o real_o in_o the_o service_n of_o this_o kingdom_n than_o we_o have_v be_v forward_o to_o pay_v it_o real_o for_o to_o satisfy_v the_o necessity_n of_o the_o soldier_n and_o therefore_o desire_v such_o expression_n may_v be_v forbear_v which_o may_v seem_v to_o derogate_v from_o the_o honour_n either_o of_o the_o proceed_n or_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n when_o the_o treaty_n be_v conclude_v between_o the_o two_o kingdom_n it_o be_v suppose_v that_o such_o may_v be_v the_o want_n &_o necessity_n of_o this_o kingdom_n as_o that_o they_o may_v not_o be_v able_a to_o make_v due_a and_o constant_a payment_n to_o the_o scot_n army_n yet_o be_v it_o not_o suppose_v that_o in_o default_n thereof_o they_o may_v forbear_v to_o engate_v their_o army_n much_o less_o lay_v tax_n upon_o the_o people_n of_o england_n to_o lay_v themselves_o this_o kingdom_n be_v to_o give_v their_o public_a faith_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o their_o arrear_n with_o interest_n as_o on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o kingdom_n of_o scotland_n give_v their_o public_a faith_n that_o neither_o
