say_a commissioner_n his_o willingness_n to_o receive_v she_o and_o to_o give_v any_o security_n which_o they_o can_v require_v to_o use_v she_o with_o all_o love_a respect_n become_v a_o good_a husband_n notwithstanding_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v allow_v she_o 300_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la alimony_n and_o refuse_v to_o hear_v the_o merit_n of_o the_o cause_n though_o they_o perceive_v how_o real_o mr._n ivy_n stand_v affect_v to_o his_o say_a daughter_n and_o with_o what_o cheerfulness_n and_o willingness_n he_o be_v resolve_v to_o settle_v all_o his_o estate_n for_o the_o good_a and_o preferment_n of_o his_o say_a daughter_n be_v content_a that_o if_o mr._n ivy_n will_v free_v his_o the_o say_a stepkin_n estate_n which_o be_v 240_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la then_o encumber_a with_o several_a debt_n or_o pay_v a_o 1000_o l._n towards_o the_o same_o and_o deliver_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_a daughter_n 1200_o l._n in_o jewel_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v settle_v on_o mr._n ivy_n for_o his_o life_n and_o afterward_o to_o the_o use_n of_o his_o daughter_n for_o her_o life_n and_o in_o case_n he_o have_v no_o issue_n by_o she_o then_o to_o the_o heir_n general_a of_o the_o say_a stepkin_n or_o such_o as_o the_o say_a stepkin_n shall_v limit_v and_o appoint_v whereupon_o mr._n ivy_n do_v deliver_v unto_o the_o say_v theodosia_n rich_a jewel_n to_o the_o value_n of_o 1200_o l._n in_o ready_a money_n to_o the_o say_a stepkin_n to_o free_v his_o estate_n according_o that_o mr._n ivy_n than_o expect_v a_o reciprocal_a return_n of_o his_o affection_n which_o he_o have_v so_o cordial_o demonstrate_v but_o when_o the_o say_v 1000_o l._n be_v pay_v and_o a_o firm_a and_o legal_a settlement_n of_o the_o jointure_n make_v and_o the_o seek_v all_o mean_n to_o avoid_v his_o company_n but_o choose_v out_o those_o as_o she_o think_v may_v be_v most_o offensive_a to_o he_o and_o such_o who_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o scandal_n they_o lie_v under_o he_o have_v prohibit_v she_o to_o converse_v with_o notwithstanding_o see_v it_o be_v the_o pleasure_n of_o the_o lord_n to_o unite_v they_o in_o so_o near_o a_o union_n mr._n ivy_n be_v resolve_v not_o to_o leave_v any_o fair_a and_o honest_a motive_n either_o of_o purse_n or_o persuasion_n unattempted_a which_o may_v incline_v her_o affection_n towards_o he_o and_o in_o order_n hereunto_o there_o be_v nothing_o which_o she_o ever_o propose_v which_o may_v be_v for_o her_o content_n that_o he_o do_v deny_v unto_o she_o and_o in_o less_o than_o fourteen_o month_n she_o expend_v in_o apparel_n 600_o l._n in_o ready_a money_n 500_o l._n and_o for_o other_o accommodation_n about_o 2800_o l._n beside_o the_o 1200_o l._n in_o jewel_n and_o 1000_o l._n in_o money_n aforesaid_a which_o amount_v to_o 6100_o l._n nay_o the_o gift_n be_v so_o great_a he_o bestow_v on_o she_o that_o he_o suppose_v she_o be_v even_o ashamed_a to_o request_v any_o more_o from_o he_o nevertheless_o she_o by_o the_o evil_a counsel_n of_o her_o confederate_n while_o he_o be_v at_o the_o court_n of_o alderman_n do_v convey_v out_o of_o his_o house_n plate_n and_o rich_a east-india_a stuff_n to_o the_o value_n of_o 300_o l._n and_o divers_a other_o good_n which_o be_v by_o she_o and_o her_o confederate_n carry_v away_o and_o imbezele_v that_o mr._n ivy_n now_o find_v his_o own_o
