the_o ancient_a english_a catholic_n do_v depend_v of_o their_o prince_n 12._o consider_v last_o that_o in_o the_o abovementioned_a statute_n of_o richard_n the_o second_o express_v mention_n be_v make_v of_o the_o sentence_n of_o excommunication_n yet_o all_o catholic_n even_o those_o who_o deny_v the_o pope_n to_o have_v any_o power_n to_o depose_v king_n do_v unanimous_o grant_v he_o a_o power_n to_o excommunicate_a king_n if_o they_o become_v heretic_n and_o remain_v obstinate_a nay_o king_n james_n refuse_v to_o oblige_v his_o catholic_n subject_n to_o renounce_v such_o a_o power_n in_o the_o pope_n now_o according_a to_o this_o objection_n no_o sentence_n of_o excommunication_n fulminate_v against_o any_o english_a king_n the_o same_o be_v of_o any_o of_o his_o subject_n be_v
