and_o likewise_o what_o be_v a_o conventicle_n and_o what_o be_v not_o a_o conventicle_n and_o concern_v the_o church_n and_o its_o government_n and_o the_o difference_n between_o obstinate_o and_o conscientious_o refuse_v to_o take_v judicial_a oath_n and_o concern_v the_o juror_n and_o judge_n who_o may_v be_v concern_v to_o hear_v and_o determine_v the_o cause_n and_o matter_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o act_n and_o punishable_a by_o the_o same_o according_o aught_o not_o this_o to_o be_v know_v and_o right_o consider_v by_o they_o that_o be_v to_o be_v witness_n juror_n or_o judge_n that_o the_o innocent_a may_v not_o be_v condemn_v with_o the_o wicked_a because_o it_o be_v forbid_v by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n say_v the_o innocent_a and_o righteous_a slay_v thou_o not_o at_o all_o time_n and_o in_o all_o place_n meet_v together_o to_o worship_n god_n or_o perform_v duty_n unto_o he_o as_o aforesaid_a then_o for_o we_o and_o the_o people_n of_o the_o lord_n to_o meet_v together_o at_o any_o time_n and_o in_o any_o place_n to_o worship_n god_n or_o perform_v duty_n unto_o he_o as_o his_o people_n or_o true_a worshipper_n of_o he_o be_v not_o contrary_a unto_o be_v the_o household_n and_o family_n of_o god_n and_o parish_n meet_v place_n be_v not_o that_o household_n and_o family_n neither_o be_v wicked_a unsanctified_a people_n the_o household_n and_o family_n of_o god_n therefore_o wicked_a unsanctified_a people_n be_v not_o allow_v of_o
good_a protestant_n covenant_v with_o god_n by_o promise_n and_o vow_n against_o swear_v as_o aforesaid_a consider_v well_o of_o it_o and_o likewise_o if_o it_o be_v ask_v of_o we_o why_o we_o refuse_v to_o swear_v and_o take_v oath_n may_v it_o not_o be_v true_o answer_v and_o plead_v that_o we_o can_v swear_v &_o take_v oath_n because_o the_o bishop_n and_o priest_n have_v bind_v we_o
