and_o seisin_n of_o all_o the_o say_a land_n with_o all_o thing_n thereunto_o belong_v mention_v in_o his_o say_a lot_n and_o that_o he_o shall_v &_o may_v forthwith_o after_o his_o lot_n so_o draw_v as_o aforesaid_a enter_v upon_o have_v and_o enjoy_v to_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n all_o and_o singular_a the_o meadow_n arable_a profitable_a pasture_n wood_n bogs_n loughes_n water_n fishing_n and_o barren_a mountain_n together_o with_o the_o house_n and_o edifice_n thereupon_o and_o in_o his_o say_a lot_n contain_v with_o all_o easement_n and_o commodity_n thereunto_o belong_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n which_o within_o three_o month_n after_o the_o allotment_n so_o to_o be_v make_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v have_v one_o thousand_o acre_n or_o more_o of_o the_o say_v two_o million_o &_o half_a of_o acre_n lie_v together_o in_o the_o province_n of_o leinster_n or_o two_o thousand_o acre_n or_o more_o lie_v together_o in_o the_o province_n of_o conaght_n or_o one_o thousand_o five_o hundred_o acre_n or_o more_o lie_v together_o in_o the_o province_n of_o munster_n or_o three_o thousand_o acre_n or_o more_o lie_v together_o in_o the_o province_n of_o ulster_n shall_v have_v power_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n for_o every_o such_o thousand_o two_o thousand_o fifteen_o hundred_o and_o three_o thousand_o acre_n to_o create_v a_o manor_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o the_o say_a land_n respective_o and_o to_o reserve_v tenor_n to_o hold_v of_o himself_o and_o his_o heir_n as_o of_o his_o say_a manor_n or_o manor_n at_o his_o will_n and_o pleasure_n and_o that_o every_o such_o person_n shall_v have_v a_o court_n leete_n and_o court_n baron_n and_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n to_o hold_v a_o court_n leete_n and_o court_n baron_n within_o the_o precinct_n of_o every_o such_o manor_n and_o to_o enjoy_v all_o such_o royalty_n franchise_n fine_n and_o amerciament_n suit_n service_n and_o immunity_n as_o to_o view_v of_o frank_n pledge_n or_o court_n baron_n be_v usual_a and_o belong_v and_o also_o within_o each_o respective_a manor_n to_o have_v and_o enjoy_v as_o aforesaid_a all_o deodand_n felon_n good_n and_o good_n of_o felon_n of_o themselves_o together_o with_o all_o wayfe_n and_o stray_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o part_n of_o the_o money_n which_o shall_v be_v pay_v in_o according_a to_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v employ_v to_o any_o other_o purpose_n then_o the_o reduce_n of_o the_o say_a rebel_n until_o the_o say_a rebel_n shall_v be_v declare_v to_o be_v subdue_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o say_v money_n shall_v be_v employ_v for_o the_o speedy_a and_o effectual_a subdue_a of_o the_o say_a rebel_n by_o send_v over_o into_o the_o say_a realm_n of_o ireland_n and_o dispose_v there_o such_o force_n of_o foot_n and_o horse_n monies_n ammunition_n victual_v and_o all_o other_o thing_n necessary_a to_o a_o war_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n direct_v and_o the_o overplus_n of_o the_o say_a money_n if_o any_o shall_v be_v to_o be_v dispose_v as_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o shall_v likewise_o direct_v and_o be_v it_o likewise_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o plantation_n shall_v be_v regulate_v corporation_n create_v church_n erect_v and_o preach_a minister_n maintain_v within_o the_o limit_n and_o precinct_n of_o the_o land_n so_o to_o be_v divide_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o by_o commissioner_n to_o be_v nominate_v and_o direct_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n shall_v be_v order_v and_o provide_v and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n or_o lord_n keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v upon_o direction_n to_o he_o give_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n issue_n out_o one_o or_o more_o commission_n for_o this_o purpose_n direct_v to_o such_o person_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n shall_v order_v and_o appoint_v and_o for_o the_o further_o encourage_v and_o secure_v of_o all_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v pay_v any_o sum_n of_o money_n towards_o the_o perfect_a of_o this_o great_a work_n be_v it_o likewise_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o patent_n which_o shall_v be_v grant_v of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a rebel_n good_n or_o land_n or_o of_o any_o good_n or_o land_n forfeit_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n and_o all_o pardon_n which_o shall_v be_v grant_v to_o any_o of_o the_o say_a rebel_n before_o attainder_n after_o the_o three_o and_o twenty_o of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o and_o one_o without_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n shall_v be_v adjudge_v void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o commissioner_n authorise_v by_o this_o act_n to_o set_v forth_o the_o underwriter_n land_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v forty_o day_n before_o they_o set_v forth_o the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o cause_n proclamation_n to_o be_v make_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n in_o every_o county_n of_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n to_o this_o effect_n viz_o that_o every_o person_n which_o have_v any_o right_n title_n or_o interest_n the_o three_o and_o twenty_o of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o one_o in_o or_o out_o of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a rebel_n land_n or_o the_o land_n forfeit_v by_o this_o act_n lie_v within_o the_o county_n where_o any_o such_o proclamation_n shall_v be_v make_v shall_v enter_v his_o claim_n to_o the_o same_o upon_o record_n in_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o chancery_n in_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n within_o twenty_o day_n after_o the_o say_a proclamation_n so_o make_v in_o the_o say_a county_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o person_n which_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o forty_o shall_v make_v enter_z into_z or_o take_v any_o compact_a bond_n covenant_n oath_n promise_v or_o agreement_n to_o introduce_v or_o bring_v into_o the_o say_a realm_n of_o ireland_n the_o authority_n of_o the_o sea_n of_o rome_n in_o any_o case_n tenement_n hereditament_n good_n and_o chattel_n as_o shall_v be_v bona_fw-la fide_fw-la and_o for_o valuable_a consideration_n sell_v before_o the_o say_v three_o and_o twenty_o of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o one_o and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o person_n since_o the_o three_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o one_o be_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v in_o rebellion_n within_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n and_o be_v dead_a or_o shall_v die_v before_o attaindor_n or_o pardon_v for_o the_o same_o all_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n estate_n or_o estate_n good_n or_o chattel_n which_o such_o person_n have_v or_o shall_v have_v or_o any_o other_o person_n have_v or_o shall_v have_v in_o trust_n for_o or_o to_o his_o use_n the_o say_v three_o and_o twenty_o of_o october_n or_o at_o any_o time_n thereafter_o shall_v be_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n forfeit_v to_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v to_o be_v in_o the_o actual_a seisin_n and_o possession_n of_o the_o king_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act._n and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n whereof_o any_o person_n in_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n be_v seize_v the_o three_o and_o twenty_o of_o october_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o one_o or_o at_o any_o time_n after_o shall_v be_v seize_v of_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o two_o million_o and_o a_o half_a of_o acre_n of_o meadow_n arable_a land_n and_o profitable_a pasture_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v forfeit_v by_o the_o say_a rebel_n or_o otherwise_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n with_o wood_n boggs_n loughes_n and_o barren_a mountain_n cast_v in_o over_o and_o above_o and_o with_o all_o the_o building_n and_o edifice_n thereupon_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n for_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o shall_v underwrite_v any_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n and_o pay_v the_o same_o according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o present_a act_n the_o same_o to_o be_v allot_v and_o apportion_v to_o each_o vnderwriter_n according_a to_o the_o proportion_n of_o the_o sum_n to_o be_v underwrite_v and_o pay_v in_o and_o to_o be_v hold_v by_o such_o rent_n and_o tenure_n as_o in_o the_o say_v recite_v proposition_n be_v express_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o john_n warner_n john_n touse_v and_o thomas_n andrews_n alderman_n and_o laurence_n halsted_n esquire_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v hereby_o appoint_v and_o authorize_v to_o give_v their_o daily_a attendance_n at_o the_o say_a chamber_n of_o london_n to_o receive_v all_o such_o subscription_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n and_o to_o give_v receipt_n for_o the_o same_o under_o their_o hand_n as_o shall_v be_v there_o tender_v and_o pay_v according_a to_o this_o act_n which_o say_v person_n so_o appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n shall_v enter_v the_o name_n of_o the_o vnderwriter_n together_o with_o the_o sum_n and_o time_n of_o subscription_n into_o one_o or_o more_o book_n to_o be_v keep_v for_o that_o purpose_n and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n issue_n out_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o money_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n shall_v by_o order_n direct_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o the_o sheriff_n of_o each_o county_n of_o england_n and_o dominion_n of_o wales_n shall_v receive_v all_o such_o subscription_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n tender_v to_o they_o in_o their_o respective_a county_n and_o shall_v appoint_v day_n and_o place_n for_o that_o purpose_n and_o shall_v give_v receipt_n for_o the_o sum_n so_o receive_v under_o their_o hand_n and_o return_v the_o sum_n subscribe_v and_o receive_v together_o with_o the_o name_n of_o the_o vnderwriter_n and_o the_o time_n of_o their_o subscription_n to_o the_o chamber_n of_o london_n to_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_v john_n warner_n john_n touse_v thomas_n andrew_n and_o laurence_n halsted_n or_o to_o any_o two_o of_o they_o with_o all_o convenient_a speed_n to_o be_v by_o they_o deduct_v and_o retain_v to_o their_o own_o use_n one_o penny_n out_o of_o every_o pound_n of_o all_o such_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o they_o shall_v receive_v according_a to_o this_o act_n towards_o their_o charge_n and_o pain_n in_o attend_v and_o receive_v the_o say_a subscription_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n and_o in_o issue_v out_o and_o return_v up_o the_o same_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o when_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o of_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n shall_v in_o parliament_n by_o order_n declare_v that_o the_o say_v rebel_n be_v subdue_v and_o that_o this_o present_a rebellion_n in_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n be_v appease_v and_o end_v that_o forthwith_o after_o such_o declaration_n make_v and_o send_v to_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n or_o lord_n keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v the_o say_a lord_n chancellor_n or_o lord_n keeper_n be_v hereby_o authorise_a and_o require_v to_o issue_n forth_o wood_n bogs_n loughes_n and_o barren_a mountain_n cast_v in_o over_o and_o above_o with_o the_o house_n and_o edifice_n thereupon_o and_o after_o the_o same_o measure_a and_o set_v forth_o shall_v indifferent_o divide_v the_o same_o by_o lot_n among_o the_o several_a vnderwriter_n and_o among_o the_o heir_n of_o such_o vnderwriter_n as_o shall_v die_v before_o the_o division_n and_o the_o assignee_n and_o assignee_n of_o such_o of_o the_o vnderwriter_n as_o shall_v assign_v their_o share_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o before_o the_o say_a division_n according_a to_o the_o proportion_n mention_v in_o the_o say_v recite_v proposition_n and_o according_a to_o the_o respective_a sum_n pay_v in_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o according_a to_o the_o purport_n of_o this_o present_a act_n which_o division_n shall_v be_v make_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n shall_v by_o order_n direct_v in_o which_o division_n no_o manner_n of_o favour_n or_o advantage_n shall_v be_v give_v or_o allow_v to_o any_o person_n whatsoever_o but_o all_o to_o be_v do_v and_o determine_v equal_o and_o by_o lot_n and_o each_o vnderwriter_n land_n to_o be_v lay_v together_o or_o so_o near_o together_o as_o convenient_o may_v be_v and_o in_o case_n six_o hundred_o twenty_o five_o thousand_o acre_n of_o the_o rebel_n profitable_a land_n and_o of_o the_o profitable_a land_n forfeit_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o be_v find_v in_o each_o province_n than_o so_o much_o of_o the_o say_v six_o hundred_o twenty_o five_o thousand_o acre_n as_o shall_v be_v want_v in_o any_o one_o province_n shall_v be_v make_v up_o in_o value_n out_o of_o the_o say_a rebel_n land_n and_o for_o want_v thereof_o out_o of_o the_o profitable_a land_n forfeit_v by_o this_o act_n in_o the_o other_o province_n at_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n respect_n be_v have_v to_o the_o value_n of_o the_o land_n in_o each_o province_n according_a to_o the_o say_a proposition_n which_o say_v commissioner_n shall_v return_v the_o say_a allotment_n and_o all_o their_o proceed_n therein_o fair_o engross_v in_o parchment_n into_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o chancery_n of_o this_o kingdom_n there_o to_o remain_v of_o record_n and_o into_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o chancery_n of_o the_o say_a kingdom_n of_o ireland_n to_o remain_v there_o likewise_o of_o record_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o immediate_o after_o every_o vnderwriter_n heir_n or_o assignee_n of_o any_o vnderwriter_n shall_v have_v draw_v his_o respective_a lot_n contain_v the_o meadow_n arable_a and_o profitable_a pasture_n with_o all_o the_o wood_n bogs_n loughes_n and_o barren_a mountain_n over_o and_o above_o together_o with_o the_o attaint_v of_o high_a treason_n in_o his_o life_n time_n or_o be_v in_o actual_a rebellion_n shall_v die_v before_o he_o be_v attaint_v or_o pardon_v for_o the_o same_o or_o who_o shall_v make_v enter_z into_z or_o take_v any_o such_o compact_n bond_n covenant_n oath_n promise_v or_o agreement_n to_o such_o purpose_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n be_v and_o adjudge_v to_o be_v in_o the_o actual_a seisin_n and_o possession_n of_o the_o king_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o underwrite_v within_o this_o kingdom_n the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n or_o more_o for_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o may_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o
