and_o four_o shall_v exceed_v the_o value_n of_o one_o thousand_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la over_o and_z above_o all_o quit_v rent_n charge_n and_o reprize_v as_o aforesaid_a he_o the_o say_a sir_n william_n penn_n his_o heir_n and_o assign_n shall_v reconvey_v unto_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n so_o much_o thereof_o as_o by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n clanrickard_n earl_n of_o castlehaven_n morrough_n earl_n of_o inchequin_n the_o earl_n of_o clancarty_n lord_n vice-count_n dillon_n simon_n luttrell_n dudley_n bagnall_n esq_n henry_n bagnall_n catherine_n corbett_n theobald_n purcell_n esq_n and_o such_o other_o who_o be_v particular_o mention_v in_o the_o say_v former_a act_n to_o be_v restore_v to_o their_o estate_n and_o therein_o
by_o the_o decree_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n nor_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n claim_v under_o such_o decree_n shall_v be_v permit_v to_o sue_v or_o prosecute_v the_o person_n or_o person_n against_o who_o such_o decree_n be_v make_v his_o or_o their_o executor_n or_o administrator_n or_o any_o of_o their_o tenant_n or_o assign_v touch_v or_o concern_v any_o measn_a profit_n of_o the_o land_n and_o tenement_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a decree_v but_o that_o all_o suit_n action_n and_o demand_n touch_v or_o concern_v such_o measn_a profit_n and_o all_o prosecution_n therefore_o whether_o in_o law_n or_o equity_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o bar_v and_o exclude_v and_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n liable_a to_o such_o action_n molestation_n and_o land_n only_o or_o derive_v his_o or_o their_o title_n to_o some_o small_a part_n from_o some_o irish_a papist_n and_o thereupon_o no_o opposition_n be_v make_v the_o say_a commissioner_n declare_v the_o say_a claimant_n or_o the_o person_n under_o who_o the_o claimant_n derive_v to_o be_v innocent_a quo_fw-la ad_fw-la hoc_fw-la since_o which_o time_n the_o say_a claimant_n and_o the_o say_a person_n under_o who_o they_o derive_v allege_v themselves_o to_o be_v declare_v innocent_a enter_v upon_o great_a estate_n in_o several_a county_n as_o devest_v out_o of_o the_o crown_n by_o such_o judgement_n of_o innocence_n pretend_v the_o limitation_n of_o that_o innocence_n by_o the_o word_n of_o the_o decree_n quo_fw-la ad_fw-la hoc_fw-la to_o be_v repugnant_a and_o impossible_a contrary_a and_o their_o election_n by_o write_v under_o he_o and_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n or_o under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o his_o and_o their_o attorney_n or_o agent_n thereunto_o lawful_o authorize_v whether_o they_o will_v immediate_o deliver_v up_o and_o relinquish_v the_o possession_n of_o the_o land_n in_o controversy_n unto_o the_o king_n majesty_n and_o resort_v to_o their_o say_a earl_n of_o kildares_n estate_n be_v give_v to_o the_o say_v wentworth_n late_a earl_n of_o kildare_n his_o heir_n and_o assign_n and_o further_o the_o arrear_n due_a to_o george_n earl_n of_o kildare_n for_o service_n before_o the_o five_o of_o june_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o nine_o be_v appoint_v to_o be_v satisfy_v in_o the_o county_n of_o kildare_n and_o else_o where_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o repeal_v which_o arrear_n of_o the_o say_v george_n earl_n of_o kildare_n now_o belong_v to_o sir_n james_n shaen_n knight_n and_o baronet_n administrator_n of_o the_o say_v george_n earl_n of_o kildare_n be_v to_o be_v satisfy_v as_o in_o and_o by_o another_o clause_n herein_o after_o follow_v and_o provide_v for_o the_o satisfaction_n benefit_n of_o the_o say_v former_a proviso_n or_o touch_v the_o benefit_n of_o any_o part_n thereof_o have_v be_v pay_v unto_o the_o say_v late_a earl_n or_o shall_v be_v pay_v hereafter_o to_o such_o contractor_n during_o the_o minority_n of_o the_o the_o say_v john_n earl_n of_o kildare_n and_o liable_a also_o to_o such_o other_o charge_n and_o payment_n as_o shall_v be_v necessary_o make_v and_o disburse_v in_o and_o for_o the_o settle_n and_o secure_v the_o premise_n and_o that_o the_o letter_n patent_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v grant_v shall_v be_v of_o like_a force_n and_o effect_n as_o any_o other_o letter_n patent_n herein_o before_o appoint_v to_o be_v grant_v be_v or_o aught_o to_o be_v provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n that_o sir_n john_n stephen_n knight_n governor_n of_o his_o majesty_n castle_n of_o dublin_n shall_v and_o may_v have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v to_o he_o his_o executor_n and_o assign_n all_o and_o every_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n in_o the_o county_n of_o cork_n which_o at_o any_o time_n be_v repute_v to_o belong_v to_o sir_n brice_n coghran_n by_o colour_n of_o any_o grant_n or_o gift_n of_o the_o late_o usurp_v power_n and_o which_o be_v or_o have_v be_v possess_v by_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n stephens_n by_o virtue_n of_o letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n or_o otherwise_o for_o and_o during_o such_o time_n and_o term_n of_o year_n and_o under_o such_o rent_n only_o as_o in_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n be_v express_v and_o no_o other_o so_o as_o he_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n stephens_n do_v place_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v place_v upon_o so_o much_o of_o the_o premise_n as_o shall_v be_v find_v to_o be_v within_o the_o security_n set_v apart_o for_o satisfaction_n of_o the_o commissioned_n officer_n who_o serve_v before_o the_o five_o of_o june_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o nine_o so_o much_o of_o the_o state_v arrear_n due_a to_o such_o officer_n which_o be_v satisfiable_a and_o for_o which_o no_o satisfaction_n have_v yet_o be_v give_v as_o the_o value_n of_o the_o premise_n may_v amount_v unto_o any_o thing_n in_o this_o or_o the_o say_v former_a act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o money_n which_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o or_o the_o say_v former_a act_n shall_v or_o may_v grow_v due_a unto_o his_o majesty_n for_o or_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o measne_n profit_v of_o those_o land_n which_o have_v be_v set_v out_o and_o receive_v in_o satisfaction_n of_o any_o arrear_n for_o service_n do_v in_o england_n common_o call_v english_a arrear_n or_o for_o or_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o measne_n profit_v of_o those_o land_n which_o have_v be_v set_v out_o to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o satisfaction_n of_o any_o adventure_n upon_o the_o ordinance_n common_o call_v the_o double_a
