and_o exercise_v their_o ministry_n for_o a_o yearly_a allowance_n take_v out_o of_o the_o say_v fund_z hereafter_o for_o ever_o may_v enjoy_v the_o privilege_n of_o have_v either_o a_o english_a minister_n or_o a_o minister_n come_v from_o french_a parent_n bear_v in_o england_n to_o who_o allowance_n take_v out_o of_o the_o product_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a fund_z be_v grant_v because_o there_o be_v not_o any_o part_n of_o a_o civil_a law_n more_o just_a than_o that_o which_o prescribe_v that_o if_o the_o do_v decease_v before_o his_o giver_n the_o gift_n must_v be_v give_v again_o to_o the_o say_a giver_n so_o that_o than_o the_o aforesaid_a french_a minister_n and_o all_o other_o french_a people_n flee_v for_o refuge_n into_o england_n who_o be_v here_o the_o dones_n be_v possible_a that_o the_o aforesaid_a fund_z every_o day_n may_v be_v increase_v if_o the_o say_v fund_z be_v put_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o some_o laborious_a diligent_a and_o ingenious_a person_n who_o beside_o may_v be_v very_o zealous_a for_o the_o protestant_a religion_n in_o general_n and_o in_o particular_a for_o the_o holy_a church_n of_o england_n interest_n in_o time_n god_n willing_a some_o english_a minister_n maintain_v with_o some_o part_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a product_n take_v from_o the_o say_v increase_v fund_z may_v be_v grant_v to_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o all_o the_o hamlet_n village_n and_o little_a town_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a state_n of_o england_n who_o for_o want_n of_o competent_a mean_n to_o maintain_v a_o minister_n resident_n in_o their_o say_a hamlet_n etc._n etc._n may_v have_v one_o and_o in_o all_o likelihood_n can_v never_o have_v have_v any_o but_o by_o the_o aforesaid_a way_n 6._o that_o the_o aforesaid_a discovery_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a fund_z concern_v very_o much_o all_o the_o poor_a among_o the_o french_a refuge_n but_o especial_o all_o the_o poor_a maim_a soldier_n all_o the_o old_a poor_a person_n all_o the_o grave_a modest_a diet_n in_o play_v and_o in_o any_o excess_n or_o if_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o say_v great_a pension_n cause_v the_o say_a refuge_n to_o live_v in_o idleness_n and_o misspend_v their_o time_n and_o they_o become_v unprofitable_a member_n to_o the_o public_a and_o to_o the_o private_a the_o say_v refuge_n will_v come_v but_o in_o part_n to_o be_v deprive_v of_o the_o say_v great_a pension_n if_o
