clause_n to_o buy_v and_o sell_v sue_v and_o be_v sue_v have_v and_o use_v a_o common_a seal_n to_o restrain_v alienation_n or_o demise_n of_o the_o land_n belong_v to_o the_o corporation_n that_o plea_n fair_n market_n wayf_n estray_v treasure_n trove_v deodand_n exemption_n from_o serve_v in_o office_n jury_n payment_n of_o toll_n picage_n etc._n etc._n the_o assize_n of_o bread_n and_o beer_n pillory_n and_o tumbril_n the_o office_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n coroner_n clerk_n of_o the_o market_n and_o a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o sheriff_n office_n and_o the_o like_a these_o thing_n have_v no_o dependence_n or_o be_v they_o at_o all_o incident_a to_o corporation_n but_o common_o grant_v to_o they_o when_o they_o be_v erect_v 3._o there_o be_v some_o thing_n often_o insert_v in_o these_o charter_n that_o be_v unlawful_a as_o to_o make_v ordinance_n to_o imprison_v man_n or_o to_o forfeit_v good_n upon_o disobedience_n or_o to_o restrain_v the_o liberty_n of_o trade_n and_o such_o clause_n as_o restrain_v the_o corporation_n from_o have_v of_o that_o which_o be_v incident_a to_o it_o and_o the_o like_a our_o observation_n upon_o these_o charter_n in_o be_v or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o well_o and_o true_o to_o execute_v the_o say_a office_n and_o after_o such_o oath_n so_o take_v that_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v execute_v the_o say_a office_n unto_o wednesday_n next_o before_o the_o feast_n of_o etc._n etc._n then_o next_o follow_v and_o from_o thence_o until_o one_o or_o two_o other_o as_o occasion_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o who_o or_o for_o his_o or_o their_o evil_a behaviour_n or_o be_v unfit_a etc._n etc._n as_o in_o the_o like_a case_n before_o that_o then_o and_o so_o often_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o guardian_n of_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o and_o other_o or_o other_o of_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o village_n case_n debt_n account_n covenant_n deceit_n detainer_n of_o write_n take_v and_o detainer_n of_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o other_o contract_n whatsoever_o of_o or_o for_o any_o cause_n or_o thing_n personal_a or_o mix_v within_o the_o village_n aforesaid_a the_o limit_n precinct_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o arise_v or_o happen_v so_o as_o the_o plaintiff_n or_o defendant_n in_o such_o action_n suit_n or_o complaint_n be_v dwelling_n or_o abide_v within_o the_o say_a village_n the_o liberty_n or_o precinct_n thereof_o and_o so_o as_o the_o same_o debt_n trespass_n account_n covenant_n
