the_o say_a party_n or_o some_o or_o one_o of_o they_o and_o that_o all_o such_o detriment_n and_o loss_n as_o shall_v without_o fraudulent_a practice_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a copartner_n part_n viz._n imprimis_fw-la the_o say_a creditor_n and_o every_o of_o they_o have_v agree_v and_o by_o these_o present_n do_v agree_v with_o the_o say_v c._n r._n and_o j._n c._n that_o the_o say_v c._n r._n shall_v and_o may_v have_v and_o take_v the_o administration_n of_o all_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n which_o be_v of_o the_o say_v r._n c._n decease_a according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o situate_v etc._n etc._n the_o sum_n of_o 50_o l._n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n or_o shall_v deliver_v unto_o she_o so_o much_o of_o she_o say_v late_a husband_n good_n as_o shall_v amount_v to_o that_o value_n according_a to_o a_o reasonable_a estimation_n and_o likewise_o for_o the_o funeral-charge_n of_o the_o say_v r._n c._n 15_o l._n of_o etc._n etc._n and_o also_o shall_v deliver_v body_n and_o such_o other_o thing_n as_o she_o and_o the_o creditor_n have_v agree_v as_o may_v appear_v by_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n item_n that_o the_o say_v c._n r._n so_o soon_o as_o reasonable_o may_v be_v after_o the_o say_a letter_n of_o administration_n grant_v shall_v with_o and_o by_o the_o consent_n and_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o etc._n etc._n or_o three_o of_o they_o the_o joint-account_n except_v shall_v and_o will_v only_o be_v liable_a to_o pay_v and_o shall_v and_o will_v pay_v unto_o the_o executor_n or_o administrator_n of_o the_o party_n so_o decease_a within_o the_o say_a term_n of_o five_o year_n and_o within_o three_o month_n after_o balance_n of_o the_o say_a account_n the_o say_a executor_n or_o administrator_n first_o make_v good_a to_o the_o say_a joint_n account_v the_o charge_n of_o he_o so_o decease_v so_o much_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n as_o by_o the_o say_v last_o balance_n of_o account_n than_o before_o make_v up_o and_o and_o in_o the_o place_n thereof_o shall_v well_o and_o artificial_o set_v and_o put_v in_o other_o good_a and_o sound_a stone_n and_o they_o shall_v strong_o clamp_v in_o with_o iron_n and_o lead_n and_o shall_v also_o with_o fit_a stone_n and_o other_o material_n well_o sufficient_o and_o perfect_o fill_v up_o all_o the_o rift_n crack_n cleft_n and_o hole_n in_o the_o say_a steeple_n and_o new_a clamp_n they_o with_o iron_n and_o lead_n and_o shall_v also_o with_o good_a fit_a strong_a and_o durable_a mortar_n well_o substantial_o and_o prefect_o new_a point_n all_o the_o outside_n of_o party_n shall_v happen_v to_o depart_v this_o life_n before_o any_o yearly_a account_n shall_v happen_v to_o be_v make_v between_o the_o say_a party_n touch_v the_o say_a joint-trade_n that_o then_o the_o survive_a party_n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n shall_v have_v and_o take_v to_o he_o and_o their_o own_o use_n and_o behoof_n all_o the_o good_n ware_n monies_n debt_n and_o other_o administrator_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o if_o any_o or_o either_o of_o they_o the_o say_v r._n c._n c._n r._n j._n f._n and_o f._n j._n shall_v at_o any_o time_n or_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o say_a copartnership_n lend_v unto_o the_o say_a joint-account_n any_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n over_z and_z above_o their_o present_a stock_n put_v in_o as_o aforesaid_a into_o stock_n to_o be_v use_v and_o employ_v and_o for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a copartnership_n and_o joint-trade_n during_o the_o continuance_n thereof_o or_o for_o so_o r._n c._n c._n r._n i_o f._n and_o f._n j._n or_o any_o of_o they_o respective_o lend_v any_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o aforesaid_a for_o and_o during_o so_o long_a time_n as_o the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o shall_v remain_v and_o continue_v in_o the_o account_n of_o this_o copartnership_n to_o take_v out_o of_o the_o say_a account_n stock_n and_o gain_n of_o this_o copartnership_n and_o be_v allow_v the_o same_o according_a to_o the_o rate_n of_o 6_o l._n per_fw-la cent._n yearly_o for_o the_o interest_n and_o use_v of_o every_o hundred_o pound_n to_o be_v lend_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o after_o the_o same_o rate_n for_o a_o long_o or_o short_a time_n or_o lesser_a or_o great_a sum_n of_o money_n the_o same_o to_o be_v take_v half_o yearly_a without_o any_o let_v or_o hindrance_n whatsoever_o and_o further_o that_o none_o of_o they_o the_o say_v copartner_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o during_o this_o copartnership_n without_o the_o special_a licence_n and_o agreement_n of_o the_o other_o first_o have_v and_o obtain_v in_o wriing_a enter_v into_o bond_n or_o become_v bail_n or_o surety_n to_o or_o for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o for_o any_o matter_n cause_n or_o thing_n whatsoever_o not_o be_v for_o the_o proper_a use_n and_o on_o account_n of_o this_o copartnership_n in_o above_o the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n nor_o that_o any_o of_o they_o the_o say_v copartner_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n or_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o say_a term_n covert_o or_o apparent_o direct_o or_o indirect_o use_v any_o kind_n of_o merchandise_n or_o trade_n whatsoever_o with_o any_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o the_o gain_n thereof_o shall_v not_o or_o may_v not_o beyond_o sea_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a joint-account_n to_o any_o place_n or_o place_n there_o whatsoever_o other_o than_o what_o the_o great_a number_n of_o the_o say_a copartner_n shall_v conclude_v or_o agree_v upon_o and_o that_o all_o difference_n arise_v in_o about_o or_o concern_v the_o say_a joint-trade_n and_o the_o manage_n thereof_o shall_v be_v decide_v and_o conclude_v by_o by_o these_o present_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o he_o the_o say_v r._n c._n shall_v and_o will_v from_o time_n to_o time_n on_o request_n during_o this_o copartnership_n be_v aid_v and_o assist_v what_o he_o may_v unto_o the_o say_v c._n r._n and_o j._n f._n in_o and_o for_o the_o take_n borrow_a and_o advance_v of_o any_o sum_n and_o sum_n and_o of_o money_n for_o the_o say_a joint-account_n by_o bond_n or_o otherwise_o and_o also_o that_o he_o say_v r._n c._n in_o consideration_n that_o the_o say_a joint-business_n be_v to_o be_v whole_o act_v and_o perform_v here_o in_o england_n by_o the_o say_v c._n r._n and_o j._n e._n and_o by_o the_o say_v f._n j._n beyond_o sea_n and_o by_o such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n as_o for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v be_v hire_v and_o employ_v by_o the_o say_a copartner_n in_o the_o say_a part_n beyond_o the_o sea_n where_o none_o of_o the_o say_a copartner_n except_o the_o say_v f._n j._n be_v
