and_o privilege_n of_o the_o house_n of_o parliament_n and_o if_o way_n shall_v be_v give_v thereunto_o may_v tend_v to_o the_o subversion_n of_o parliament_n and_o by_o consequence_n to_o the_o ruin_n &_o destruction_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o that_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o have_v hitherto_o in_o this_o present_a parliament_n be_v deprive_v of_o the_o advice_n and_o counsel_n of_o many_o profitable_a and_o good_a member_n by_o mean_n thereof_o fourteen_o fourteen_o that_o by_o the_o powerfulnesse_n of_o some_o minister_n of_o state_n in_o this_o kingdom_n the_o parliament_n in_o its_o member_n and_o action_n have_v not_o his_o natural_a freedom_n xv._o fifteenthly_a that_o the_o fee_n take_v in_o all_o the_o court_n of_o justice_n in_o this_o kingdom_n both_o ecclesiastical_a and_o civil_a and_o by_o other_o inferior_a officer_n and_o minister_n be_v so_o immoderate_o high_a that_o it_o be_v a_o unspeakable_a burden_n to_o all_o his_o majesty_n subject_n of_o this_o who_o be_v not_o able_a to_o subsist_v except_o the_o same_o be_v speedy_o remedy_v &_o reduce_v to_o such_o a_o moderation_n as_o may_v stand_v with_o the_o condition_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o last_o that_o the_o gentry_n merchant_n and_o other_o his_o majesty_n subject_n of_o this_o kingdom_n be_v of_o late_a by_o the_o grievance_n and_o pressure_n aforesaid_a and_o other_o the_o like_a very_o near_o to_o ruin_n and_o destruction_n and_o farmer_n of_o custom_n customer_n waiter_n searcher_n clerk_n of_o unwarrantable_a proceed_n pursuivant_n and_o gaoler_n and_o sundry_a other_o very_o much_o enrich_v whereby_o and_o by_o the_o slow_a redress_n of_o the_o petitioner_n grievance_n his_o majesty_n most_o faithful_a and_o dutiful_a people_n of_o this_o kingdom_n do_v conceive_v great_a fear_n that_o their_o readiness_n approve_v upon_o all_o occasion_n have_v not_o be_v of_o late_a right_o represent_v to_o his_o majesty_n for_o remedy_n whereof_o the_o say_a petitioner_n do_v humble_o and_o of_o right_o beseech_v your_o lordship_n that_o the_o grievance_n and_o pressure_n may_v be_v speedy_o redress_v and_o if_o your_o lordship_n shall_v not_o think_v fit_a to_o afford_v we_o present_a relief_n therein_o that_o your_o lordship_n may_v admit_v a_o select_a committee_n of_o this_o house_n of_o person_n uninteress_v in_o the_o benefit_n arise_v the_o aforesaid_a grievance_n to_o be_v license_v by_o your_o lordship_n to_o repair_v to_o his_o sacred_a majesty_n in_o england_n for_o to_o pursue_v the_o same_o and_o to_o obtain_v fit_v remedy_n for_o their_o aforesaid_a and_o other_o just_a grievance_n and_o oppression_n and_o upon_o all_o just_a and_o honourable_a occasion_n they_o will_v without_o respect_n of_o particular_a interest_n or_o
