to_o ride_v at_o anchor_n or_o otherwise_o sail_v to_o any_o port_n or_o place_n whatsoever_o without_o the_o free_a consent_n of_o the_o adventurer_n or_o those_o they_o shall_v so_o employ_v except_o it_o be_v in_o case_n of_o extreme_a necessity_n for_o preservation_n of_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n but_o that_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v liberty_n to_o
