as_o aforesaid_a and_o no_o more_o or_o otherwise_o cap._n vii_o for_o a_o more_o speedy_a and_o effectual_a proceed_n upon_o distress_n and_o avowry_n for_o rent_n forasmuch_o as_o the_o ordinary_a remedy_n for_o arrearage_n of_o rent_n be_v by_o distress_n upon_o the_o land_n chargeable_a therewith_o and_o yet_o nevertheless_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o intricate_a and_o dilatory_a proceed_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o purport_n of_o this_o act._n and_o the_o say_a verdict_n of_o the_o jury_n and_o judgement_n of_o the_o commissioner_n in_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v sufficient_a and_o conclusive_a in_o law_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n against_o the_o say_a owner_n and_o occupier_n their_o heir_n executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v act._n every_o scotland_n ireland_n or_o into_o any_o of_o the_o isle_n belong_v to_o this_o kingdom_n transport_v what_o skin_n or_o hide_n tan_v may_v not_o be_v transport_v or_o to_o any_o part_n beyond_o the_o dress_v without_o the_o wool_n as_o by_o law_n may_v be_v transport_v contrary_a to_o the_o provision_n of_o this_o act_n he_o shall_v from_o thenceforth_o be_v disable_v to_o trade_n or_o deal_v in_o leather_n for_o the_o future_a and_o shall_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o hundred_o pound_n to_o be_v

tongue_n there_o shall_v be_v two_o write_a copy_n thereof_o deliver_v to_o the_o licenser_n or_o licenser_n if_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v so_o require_v one_o copy_n whereof_o so_o license_v shall_v be_v deliver_v back_o to_o the_o say_a printer_n or_o owner_n and_o the_o other_o copy_n shall_v be_v reserve_v and_o keep_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o the_o end_n such_o licenser_n or_o licenser_n
