agree_v upon_o by_z and_o between_o the_o say_a party_n and_o his_o majesty_n be_v further_a gracious_o please_v that_o place_n of_o command_n honour_n profit_n and_o trust_v in_o the_o civil_a government_n in_o this_o kingdom_n shall_v be_v upon_o pass_v of_o the_o bill_n in_o these_o article_n mention_v in_o the_o next_o parliament_n actual_o and_o by_o particular_a instance_n confer_v upon_o his_o majesty_n roman_a catholic_n subject_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o that_o in_o the_o distribution_n confer_v and_o disposal_n of_o the_o place_n of_o command_n honour_n profit_n and_o trust_v in_o the_o civil_a government_n for_o the_o future_a no_o difference_n shall_v be_v make_v between_o the_o say_a roman_a catholic_n and_o other_o his_o majesty_n subject_n but_o that_o such_o roman_a catholic_n subject_n of_o this_o kingdom_n upon_o perfection_n of_o these_o article_n actual_o and_o by_o particular_a instance_n and_o that_o in_o the_o distribution_n confer_v and_o and_o for_o and_o in_o lieu_n of_o all_o wardship_n primer-seisins_a fine_n ousterlemain_v livery_n intrusion_n alienation_n measne_fw-fr rate_n release_v and_o all_o other_o profit_n within_o the_o of_o they_o and_o for_o and_o in_o lieu_n of_o respite_n and_o issue_n of_o homage_n and_o fine_n for_o the_o same_o and_o the_o say_v yearly_o rend_v be_v so_o applot_v and_o consent_v unto_o in_o parliament_n as_o aforesaid_a than_o a_o bill_n be_v to_o be_v agree_v on_o in_o the_o say_a parliament_n to_o be_v pass_v as_o a_o act_n for_o the_o secure_n of_o the_o say_v yearly_o rend_v or_o annual_a sum_n of_o twelve_o thousand_o pound_n to_o be_v applot_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o for_o the_o extinction_n and_o take_v away_o of_o the_o say_a court_n and_o other_o matter_n aforesaid_a in_o
