of_o all_o other_o authority_n so_o also_o those_o which_o parliament_n have_v at_o any_o time_n unhappy_o incur_v have_v not_o arise_v from_o their_o deviation_n from_o that_o certain_a rule_n the_o fundamental_a law_n of_o the_o land_n which_o this_o parliament_n in_o its_o first_o estate_n and_o first_o remonstrance_n declare_v to_o be_v the_o common_a birthright_n of_o the_o people_n of_o
