never_o be_v any_o such_o solemn_a engagement_n by_o the_o army_n as_o that_o of_o june_n 5._o 1647._o which_o with_o your_o excellency_n in_o point_n of_o duty_n ought_v not_o to_o be_v of_o the_o mean_a obligation_n we_o do_v protest_v against_o your_o exercise_n of_o martial_a law_n against_o any_o whosoever_o in_o time_n of_o peace_n where_o all_o court_n of_o justice_n be_v open_a as_o
