material_n that_o shall_v be_v bring_v to_o or_o from_o guildford_n where_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o to_o amend_v and_o alter_v such_o bridge_n as_o may_v hinder_v the_o say_a passage_n great_a seal_n of_o england_n may_v appoint_v and_o authorise_v by_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n twelve_o commissioner_n within_o the_o county_n of_o surrey_n whereof_z and_o meaning_n thereof_o and_o whereas_o the_o say_a major_n and_o corporation_n of_o guildford_n be_v the_o procurer_n of_o the_o say_a passage_n be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o commissioner_n aforesaid_a or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o ordain_v and_o make_v order_n &_o constitution_n for_o the_o good_a &_o orderly_a way_n of_o all_o boat_n and_o boatman_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a passage_n and_o to_o set_v lay_v and_o execute_v
