present_a parliament_n and_o by_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o militia_n in_o the_o several_a county_n and_o place_n of_o england_n and_o wales_n which_o now_o be_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o parliament_n or_o council_n of_o state_n according_a to_o order_n of_o parliament_n in_o that_o behalf_n in_o their_o several_a precinct_n and_o place_n shall_v observe_v and_o put_v in_o execution_n these_o instruction_n follow_v first_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o reside_v in_o the_o several_a county_n city_n or_o town_n etc._n etc._n shall_v meet_v the_o first_o tuesday_n in_o every_o month_n in_o some_o convenient_a place_n within_o their_o respective_a county_n city_n and_o town_n and_o
