hereafter_o except_v such_o as_o shall_v be_v license_v and_o authorize_v by_o the_o parliament_n or_o council_n of_o state_n or_o may_v claim_v a_o privilege_n thereunto_o by_o patrimonial_a right_n use_v or_o exercise_v the_o art_n trade_n or_o mystery_n of_o a_o printer_n of_o book_n unless_o he_o or_o they_o heretofore_o have_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v have_v serve_v as_o a_o apprentice_n by_o
