trustee_n for_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a land_n be_v authorize_v to_o allow_v of_o and_o accept_v in_o payment_n for_o the_o say_a land_n the_o say_a payment_n to_o be_v make_v at_o such_o time_n as_o by_o the_o say_a act_n for_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a land_n be_v limit_v and_o appoint_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n who_o shall_v become_v purchaser_n of_o any_o the_o land_n and_o premise_n in_o the_o say_a act_n mention_v as_o immediate_a tenant_n or_o assignee_n shall_v upon_o sign_v his_o and_o their_o respective_a contract_n pay_v down_o in_o ready_a money_n in_o part_n of_o he_o and_o their_o purchase_n the_o sum_n of_o eight_o penny_n for_o every_o pound_n that_o the_o say_v respective_a purchase_n shall_v amount_v unto_o according_a to_o the_o valuation_n agree_v upon_o in_o their_o contract_n respective_o that_o be_v to_o say_v unto_o the_o treasurer_n name_v in_o the_o say_a act_n act_n entitle_v a_o act_n with_o further_a instruction_n to_o the_o treasurer_n trustee_n contractor_n register_n surveyor_n and_o other_o person_n employ_v in_o the_o sale_n of_o the_o premise_n and_o for_o the_o state_v of_o account_n the_o say_a trustee_n and_o treasurer_n be_v appoint_v to_o allow_v and_o pay_v unto_o the_o committee_n for_o account_n in_o the_o say_v last_o recite_v act_n name_v such_o salary_n and_o allowance_n as_o to_o the_o say_a trustee_n with_o the_o approbation_n of_o the_o committee_n for_o remove_v obstruction_n in_o the_o sale_n of_o the_o say_a land_n shall_v be_v think_v fit_a to_o the_o end_n therefore_o that_o the_o say_v salary_n allowance_n and_o incident_a charge_n may_v be_v due_o pay_v and_o secure_v according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o the_o say_v recite_v act_n and_o that_o the_o officer_n and_o soldier_n who_o shall_v become_v purchaser_n of_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o as_o original_a creditor_n in_o satisfaction_n of_o their_o arrear_n shall_v not_o be_v enjoin_v to_o pay_v any_o money_n upon_o their_o contract_n towards_o the_o satisfy_n of_o the_o say_a salary_n for_o so_o much_o of_o their_o respective_a purchase_n as_o their_o original_a debt_n amount_v unto_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n which_o shall_v be_v advance_v by_o sale_n of_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o unto_o immediate_a tenant_n or_o assignee_n or_o unto_o any_o purchaser_n who_o shall_v pay_v all_o or_o any_o part_n of_o the_o price_n of_o his_o purchase_n in_o ready_a money_n and_o likewise_o all_o the_o rent_n issue_n and_o profit_n of_o the_o premise_n while_o the_o same_o remain_v unsold_a shall_v be_v and_o
