respective_a charge_n care_n or_o trust_v commit_v or_o come_v unto_o their_o hand_n and_o of_o their_o disbursement_n payment_n issue_n and_o disposition_n thereof_o respective_o according_a to_o the_o warrant_n voucher_n and_o discharge_v in_o that_o behalf_n appoint_v by_o authority_n and_o direction_n of_o parliament_n and_o for_o the_o better_a enable_v the_o say_a auditor_n to_o proceed_v in_o the_o take_n and_o audit_v of_o the_o say_a account_n and_o to_o charge_n or_o surcharge_n all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a person_n by_o this_o act_n accountable_a with_o such_o sum_n of_o money_n and_o other_o provision_n store_n and_o other_o good_n for_o which_o by_o the_o respective_a trust_n to_o they_o commit_v as_o aforesaid_a they_o stand_v accountable_a to_o the_o commonwealth_n be_v it_o hereby_o further_o enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o the_o committee_n heretofore_o authorize_v by_o parliament_n for_o take_v the_o general_a account_n of_o the_o kingdom_n their_o deputy_n subcommittee_n register_n and_o clerk_n the_o remembrancer_n and_o clerk_n of_o the_o exchequer_n all_o customer_n comptroller_n collector_n and_o other_o officer_n for_o the_o custom_n and_o all_o cheque-officer_n and_o comptroller_n upon_o any_o the_o receipt_n collection_n provision_n stores_n and_o other_o good_n aforesaid_a as_o also_o all_o commissioner_n subcommissioner_n collector_n auditor_n or_o comptroller_n of_o the_o excize_n separate_v and_o distinguish_v for_o the_o service_n of_o the_o navy_n do_v forthwith_o and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n
