as_o heretic_n 8._o they_o judge_v heresy_n by_o their_o own_o ceremonial_a law_n and_o canon_n whereby_o they_o arrogate_v a_o power_n above_o the_o moral_a law_n of_o god_n by_o which_o alone_o all_o heresy_n and_o schism_n and_o all_o error_n and_o truth_n ought_v to_o be_v judge_v i_o conclude_v therefore_o that_o such_o bishop_n if_o there_o be_v any_o such_o as_o exercise_v all_o these_o his_o patron_n 1._o because_o all_o patronage_n be_v invent_v and_o erect_v by_o the_o pope_n and_o papal_a law_n pope_n all_o patroage_n come_v from_o the_o pope_n and_o the_o strength_n and_o riches_n of_o all_o popery_n consist_v in_o patronage_n or_o power_n of_o presentation_n to_o cathedral_n collegiate_n parochial_a or_o other_o religious_a church_n or_o house_n 2._o it_o be_v very_o unjust_a that_o any_o who_o must_v pay_v the_o lawyer_n or_o physician_n his_o fee_n shall_v not_o have_v election_n of_o such_o a_o one_o of_o either_o as_o he_o can_v trust_v and_o much_o more_o as_o to_o a_o divine_a lawyer_n and_o physician_n of_o his_o soul_n that_o any_o shall_v be_v impose_v on_o he_o who_o he_o can_v trust_v and_o who_o may_v perhaps_o poison_v he_o in_o the_o sacrament_n itself_o of_o which_o example_n have_v be_v already_o cite_v but_o the_o chaplain_n who_o pray_v for_o the_o patron_n be_v obtrude_v on_o the_o pay_n of_o the_o parish_n without_o their_o
