worship_v image_n and_o have_v be_v able_a to_o have_v over-voted_n the_o popish_a party_n and_o bishop_n they_o will_v never_o have_v give_v they_o power_n to_o judge_n heresy_n according_a to_o those_o idolatrous_a council_n for_o thereby_o they_o may_v sentence_n they_o and_o all_o protestant_n that_o be_v against_o image_n to_o the_o stake_n 3._o the_o bible_n be_v but_o little_a before_o translate_v into_o english_a yet_o to_o keep_v it_o more_o dark_a still_o than_o if_o it_o have_v continue_v in_o latin_a they_o who_o allege_v themselves_o protestant-bishop_n send_v the_o people_n to_o learn_v the_o same_o of_o greek_a council_n and_o to_o read_v there_o the_o law_n of_o heresy_n while_o they_o judge_v they_o at_o home_n in_o their_o latine-law_n and_o latine-court_n the_o mean_a while_n 4._o they_o equal_a council_n with_o canonical_a scripture_n that_o their_o convocation_n and_o provincial_a synod_n may_v have_v the_o same_o authority_n 5._o they_o equal_a their_o convocation_n with_o the_o king_n and_o parliament_n for_o the_o word_n of_o the_o statute_n be_v or_o determine_v to_o be_v heresy_n by_o high_a court_n of_o parliament_n of_o this_o realm_n with_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o clergy_n in_o their_o convocation_n know_v if_o the_o mitre_n once_o get_v equal_a it_o be_v but_o one_o step_n more_o to_o be_v above_o the_o crown_n 6._o by_o those_o word_n they_o constitute_v to_o themselves_o the_o power_n of_o a_o negative_a in_o legislation_n against_o the_o king_n in_o parliament_n and_o the_o two_o other_o estate_n which_o make_v they_o a_o four_o estate_n in_o the_o legislative_a power_n know_v such_o four_o estate_n like_o the_o four_o beast_n in_o daniel_n may_v easy_o devour_v all_o the_o rest_n 7._o they_o judge_v since_o no_o commissioner_n be_v make_v every_o bishop_n in_o his_o diocese_n a_o judge_n of_o heresy_n jure_fw-la divino_fw-la and_o they_o by_o their_o own_o popish_a canon_n and_o the_o old_a popish_a act_n against_o lollard_n who_o be_v the_o follower_n of_o wickliff_n and_o the_o primitive_a protestant_n and_o the_o proto-martyr_n of_o england_n judged_n protestancy_n to_o be_v lollary_n and_o heresy_n and_o all_o the_o sheriff_n of_o england_n take_v a_o oath_n with_o all_o their_o power_n to_o destroy_v all_o heresy_n and_o error_n common_o call_v lollary_n which_o be_v protestancy_n and_o to_o assist_v the_o bishop_n in_o the_o same_o whensoever_o by_o they_o require_v whereby_o they_o have_v the_o whole_a military_a power_n at_o their_o command_n to_o judge_n and_o destroy_v protestant_n as_o heretic_n 8._o they_o judge_v heresy_n by_o their_o own_o ceremonial_a law_n and_o canon_n whereby_o they_o arrogate_v a_o power_n above_o the_o moral_a law_n of_o god_n by_o which_o alone_o all_o heresy_n and_o schism_n and_o all_o error_n and_o truth_n ought_v to_o be_v judge_v i_o conclude_v therefore_o that_o such_o bishop_n if_o there_o be_v any_o such_o as_o exercise_v all_o these_o way_n of_o popery_n many_o protestant_n may_v happen_v to_o suspect_v they_o to_o be_v papist_n for_o their_o profit_n and_o therefore_o scruple_n to_o join_v with_o their_o chaplain_n in_o their_o prayer_n before_o sermon_n for_o god_n to_o speed_v they_o it_o will_v not_o agree_v with_o the_o conscience_n of_o many_o protestant_n to_o join_v with_o the_o chaplain_n in_o public_a prayer_n for_o his_o patron_n 1._o because_o all_o patronage_n be_v invent_v and_o erect_v by_o the_o pope_n and_o papal_a law_n pope_n all_o patroage_n come_v from_o the_o pope_n and_o the_o strength_n and_o riches_n of_o all_o popery_n consist_v in_o patronage_n or_o power_n of_o presentation_n to_o cathedral_n collegiate_n parochial_a or_o other_o religious_a church_n or_o house_n 2._o it_o be_v very_o unjust_a that_o any_o who_o must_v pay_v the_o lawyer_n or_o physician_n his_o fee_n shall_v not_o have_v election_n of_o such_o a_o one_o of_o either_o as_o he_o can_v trust_v and_o much_o more_o as_o to_o a_o divine_a lawyer_n and_o physician_n of_o his_o soul_n that_o any_o shall_v be_v impose_v on_o he_o who_o he_o can_v trust_v and_o who_o may_v perhaps_o poison_v he_o in_o the_o sacrament_n itself_o of_o which_o example_n have_v be_v already_o cite_v but_o the_o chaplain_n who_o pray_v for_o the_o patron_n be_v obtrude_v on_o the_o pay_n of_o the_o parish_n without_o their_o assent_n and_o the_o patron_n many_o time_n pay_v he_o not_o a_o penny_n but_o sell_v to_o he_o
