england_n but_o indeed_o to_o carry_v on_o ill_a design_n against_o the_o state_n 2._o if_o any_o such_o conventicle_n be_v the_o justices_z know_v it_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o two_o witness_n may_v make_v a_o record_n thereof_o and_o then_o the_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v so_o as_o in_o the_o act_n you_o have_v hear_v 3._o it_o must_v appear_v upon_o oath_n before_o the_o justice_n or_o confession_n of_o the_o party_n 1._o that_o it_o be_v a_o seditious_a conventicle_n meet_v together_o to_o disturb_v the_o peace_n under_o pretence_n of_o religion_n 2._o that_o the_o worship_n there_o practise_v be_v not_o according_a to_o the_o liturgy_n and_o practice_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n so_o that_o the_o informer_n must_v be_v present_a the_o whole_a time_n
