or_o person_n who_o be_v retailer_n of_o wine_n or_o other_o that_o desire_v licence_n and_o dispensation_n to_o retail_n wine_n dwell_v within_o two_o hundred_o mile_n of_o london_n shall_v and_o do_v appear_v agreé_v contract_n and_o give_v good_a security_n for_o payment_n and_o performance_n of_o covenant_n as_o aforesaid_a at_o or_o before_o the_o twenty_o of_o november_n next_o ensue_v
