not_o make_v use_n of_o this_o high_a and_o perpetual_a power_n to_o the_o hurt_n of_o those_o for_o who_o good_a he_o have_v it_o and_o make_v use_n of_o the_o name_n of_o public_a necessity_n for_o the_o gain_n of_o his_o private_a favourite_n and_o follower_n to_o the_o detriment_n of_o his_o people_n the_o house_n of_o commons_o a_o excellent_a conserver_n of_o liberty_n but_o never_o intend_v liberty_n of_o the_o subject_n to_o a_o lawless_a and_o arbitrary_a subjection_n last_o as_o to_o the_o execution_n of_o law_n or_o judge_v by_o it_o this_o be_v not_o in_o any_o other_o law_n 3._o
