shall_v be_v advance_v for_o the_o use_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o state_n by_o the_o approbation_n of_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n and_o that_o no_o person_n shall_v bring_v from_o or_o send_v good_n or_o ship_n into_o those_o part_n limit_v by_o their_o incorporation_n but_o such_o as_o be_v free_a brother_n or_o otherwise_o license_v by_o the_o aforesaid_a corporation_n or_o forfeiture_n of_o the_o whole_a or_o other_o lesser_a penalty_n to_o be_v impose_v by_o the_o say_a corporation_n on_o their_o say_a good_n or_o ship_n so_o send_v or_o trade_v in_o undue_o provide_v that_o the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v not_o exclude_v any_o person_n from_o his_o freedom_n and_o admission_n into_o the_o say_a fellowship_n who_o shall_v desire_n it_o by_o way_n of_o redemption_n if_o such_o person_n be_v a_o mere_a merchant_n and_o otherwise_o capable_a thereof_o and_o shall_v pay_v fifty_o pound_n for_o the_o same_o if_o he_o be_v above_o the_o age_n of_o twenty_o seven_o year_n or_o twenty_o five_o pound_n if_o he_o be_v under_o that_o age_n or_o so_o much_o less_o as_o their_o fellowship_n shall_v think_v fit_v and_o that_o the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o impose_v a_o fine_a upon_o any_o person_n or_o person_n wilful_o contemn_v or_o disobey_v the_o order_n or_o order_n in_o matter_n of_o government_n so_o as_o the_o fine_a do_v not_o exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n for_o any_o one_o offence_n and_o in_o default_n of_o payment_n of_o such_o fine_a the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o distrain_v the_o good_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o fine_v and_o if_o no_o sufficient_a distress_n can_v be_v find_v than_o the_o say_a fellowship_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o imprison_v the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n
