say_a common_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n in_o such_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n church_n or_o other_o place_n as_o he_o shall_v use_v to_o minister_v the_o same_o in_o such_o order_n and_o form_n as_o they_o be_v mention_v and_o set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o shall_v wilful_o or_o obstinate_o stand_v in_o the_o same_o use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n form_n or_o manner_n of_o celebrate_v of_o the_o lord_n supper_n open_o or_o privy_o or_o matin_n evensong_n administration_n of_o the_o sacrament_n or_o other_o open_a prayer_n then_o be_v mention_v and_o set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n open_a prayer_n in_o and_o throughout_o this_o act_n be_v mean_v that_o prayer_n which_o be_v for_o other_o to_o come_v unto_o or_o hear_v either_o in_o common_a church_n or_o private_a chapel_n or_o oratory_n common_o call_v the_o service_n of_o the_o church_n or_o shall_v preach_v declare_v or_o speak_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o derogation_n or_o deprave_v of_o the_o say_a book_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v or_o of_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o shall_v be_v thereof_o lawful_o contuict_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n by_o verdict_n of_o twelve_o man_n or_o by_o his_o own_o confession_n or_o by_o the_o notorious_a evidence_n of_o the_o fact_n shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n highness_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n for_o his_o first_o ofience_n the_o profit_n of_o all_o his_o spiritual_a benefice_n or_o promotion_n come_v or_o arise_v in_o one_o whole_a year_n next_o after_o his_o conviction_n and_o also_o that_o the_o person_n so_o convict_v shall_v for_o the_o same_o offence_n suffer_v imprisonment_n by_o the_o space_n of_o six_o month_n without_o bail_n shall_v therefore_o be_v deprive_v ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la of_o all_o his_o spiritual_a promotion_n and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o all_o patron_n or_o donour_n of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o say_a nativity_n of_o s._n john_n baptist_n next_o follow_v and_o that_o all_o such_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_a book_n shall_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativite_fw-la of_o s._n john_n baptist_n shall_v within_o three_o week_n nert_n after_o the_o say_a book_n so_o attain_v and_o get_v use_v the_o say_a service_n and_o put_v the_o same_o in_o ure_n according_a to_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o nopetson_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o impeach_v or_o otherwise_o molest_v of_o or_o for_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n above_o mention_v hereafter_o to_o be_v commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o this_o act_n unless_o he_o or_o they_o so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o indict_v at_o the_o next_o general_a session_n to_o be_v hold_v before_o any_o such_o justice_n of_o oier_n and_o determiner_n or_o justice_n be_v it_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o singular_a archbishop_n and_o brishop_n and_o every_o of_o their_o chancellor_n commitraries_n archdeacon_n and_o other_o ordimary_n have_v any_o peculiar_a ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n as_o well_o to_o inquire_v in_o their_o visitation_n synod_n or_o elsewhere_o within_o their_o jurisdiction_n at_o any_o other_o time_n and_o place_n to_o take_v accusation_n and_o information_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o thing_n above_o mention_v do_v commit_v or_o perpetrate_v within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o jurisdiction_n and_o authority_n and_o to_o punish_v the_o fame_n by_o admonition_n excommunication_n thereof_o under_o the_o say_a ordinary_n seal_n shall_v not_o for_o the_o same_o offence_n eftsoon_o be_v convict_v before_o the_o justice_n and_o likewise_o recein_v for_o the_o say_v first_o offence_n punishment_n by_o the_o justice_n he_o shall_v not_o for_o the_o same_o offence_n eftsoon_o receive_v punishment_n of_o the_o ordinarte_n any_o thing_n coutein_v in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o &_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o such_o ornament_n of_o the_o church_n and_o of_o the_o minister_n thereof_o shall_v be_v retain_v and_o be_v in_o use_n as_o be_v in_o this_o church_n of_o england_n by_o the_o authority_n of_o parliament_n in_o the_o second_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n edward_n the_o sirth_n until_o other_o order_n shall_v be_v therein_o take_v by_o authority_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n with_o the_o advice_n of_o her_o commissioner_n appoint_v and_o authorise_v under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n for_o cause_n ecclesiastical_a or_o of_o the_o metropolitan_a of_o this_o realm_n and_o also_o that_o if_o there_o shall_v happen_v any_o contempt_n or_o irreverence_n to_o be_v use_v in_o the_o ceremony_n or_o rite_n of_o the_o church_n by_o the_o misuse_n of_o the_o order_n appoint_v in_o this_o book_n the_o queen_n majesty_n may_v by_o the_o like_a advice_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o metropolitan_a ordain_v and_o publish_v such_o further_a ceremony_n or_o rite_n as_o may_v be_v most_o for_o the_o advancement_n of_o god_n glory_n the_o edisy_v of_o his_o church_n and_o the_o due_a reverence_n of_o christ_n holy_a mystery_n and_o sacrament_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o law_n statute_n and_o ordinance_n where_o in_o or_o where_o by_o any_o other_o service_n administration_n of_o sacrament_n or_o common_a prayer_n be_v limit_v establish_a or_o set_v forth_o to_o be_v use_v within_o this_o realm_n or_o any_o other_o the_o queen_n dominion_n and_o country_n shall_v from_o henceforth_o utter_o be_v void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n the_o preface_n there_o be_v never_o any_o thing_n by_o the_o wit_n of_o man_n so_o well_o devise_v or_o so_o sure_o establish_v which_o in_o continuance_n of_o time_n have_v not_o be_v corrupt_v as_o among_o other_o thing_n it_o may_v plain_o appear_v by_o the_o common_a prayer_n in_o the_o church_n common_o call_v divine_a service_n the_o first_o original_a and_o ground_n whereof_o if_o a_o man_n will_v search_v out_o by_o the_o ancient_a father_n he_o shall_v find_v that_o the_o same_o be_v not_o ordain_v but_o of_o a_o good_a purpose_n and_o for_o a_o great_a advancement_n of_o godliness_n for_o they_o soorder_v the_o matter_n that_o all_o the_o whole_a bible_n or_o
