against_o another_o unto_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n and_o that_o therefore_o a_o charge_n of_o high-treason_n by_o the_o earl_n of_o bristol_n against_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n mention_v in_o the_o order_n of_o reference_n to_o we_o of_o the_o 10_o of_o this_o instant_a july_n have_v not_o be_v regular_o and_o legal_o bring_v in_o and_o if_o the_o matter_n allege_v in_o the_o say_a charge_n be_v admit_v to_o be_v true_a although_o allege_v to_o be_v traitorous_o do_v yet_o there_o be_v no_o treason_n in_o it_o which_o answer_n be_v give_v in_o the_o earl_n of_o bristol_n take_v some_o exception_n at_o it_o and_o some_o of_o the_o lord_n infer_v thence_o that_o if_o it_o be_v irregular_o and_o illegal_o bring_v in_o it_o be_v a_o libel_n but_o we_o satisfy_v they_o that_o it_o be_v not_o under_o consideration_n of_o we_o whether_o it_o come_v in_o as_o a_o information_n or_o charge_n our_o order_n require_v we_o to_o give_v answer_n to_o it_o as_o a_o charge_n second_o we_o do_v not_o meddle_v with_o any_o thing_n concern_v accuse_v he_o of_o misdemeanour_n for_o our_o order_n reach_v only_o to_o treason_n three_o it_o do_v not_o follow_v that_o if_o this_o charge_n be_v irregular_a or_o illegal_a that_o therefore_o he_o be_v criminal_a there_o may_v be_v precedent_n to_o give_v colour_n to_o such_o kind_n of_o proceed_n for_o which_o till_o it_o be_v declare_v or_o know_v that_o they_o be_v illegal_a they_o be_v titular_a and_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v punish_v but_o it_o be_v much_o insist_v on_o that_o we_o shall_v deliver_v the_o reason_n of_o our_o opinion_n the_o lord_n of_o bristol_n and_o his_o friend_n seem_v unsatisfied_a we_o reply_v that_o it_o be_v never_o know_v that_o when_o the_o justice_n to_o who_o question_n be_v refer_v from_o parliament_n have_v unanimous_o agree_v in_o their_o opinion_n that_o reason_n be_v require_v from_o they_o yet_o notwithstanding_o it_o be_v the_o desire_n of_o the_o lord_n after_o some_o thing_n premise_v and_o a_o desire_n that_o this_o shall_v not_o be_v draw_v into_o a_o example_n which_o the_o lord_n assent_v unto_o as_o i_o take_v it_o for_o no_o order_n be_v enter_v concern_v it_o there_o be_v no_o order_n as_o i_o think_v for_o deliver_v our_o reason_n enter_v and_o it_o be_v agree_v among_o we_o that_o no_o note_n shall_v be_v reduce_v lest_o we_o may_v be_v require_v to_o deliver_v our_o
