of_o the_o say_a corporation_n and_o to_o hear_v and_o debate_v any_o complaint_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v against_o any_o governor_n deputy-governor_n or_o director_n for_o mis-management_n of_o he_o or_o their_o respective_a office_n and_o if_o such_o governor_n deputy-governor_n or_o director_n shall_v not_o clear_v he_o or_o themselves_o of_o such_o complaint_n to_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n director_n misdemeanour_n of_o governor_n deputy_n governor_n or_o director_n in_o the_o say_a general_n court_v assemble_v that_o then_o within_o ten_o day_n another_o general_a court_n shall_v be_v call_v and_o hold_v as_o aforesaid_a of_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n qualify_v to_o vote_n as_o aforesaid_a final_o to_o determine_v the_o same_o by_o the_o majority_n of_o their_o vote_n as_o aforesaid_a who_o may_v remove_v or_o displace_v all_o or_o any_o the_o say_a governor_n deputy-governor_n and_o director_n for_o such_o misdemeanour_n or_o abuse_v of_o their_o office_n and_o elect_a and_o choose_v other_o in_o his_o or_o their_o room_n in_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o the_o say_a election_n between_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o march_n and_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o april_n be_v herein_o before_o direct_v to_o be_v make_v director_n in_o case_n of_o death_n of_o governor_n deputy-governor_n or_o director_n and_o in_o every_o case_n where_o any_o governor_n deputy-governor_n or_o director_n shall_v happen_v to_o die_v or_o be_v remove_v or_o his_o office_n shall_v otherwise_o become_v void_a before_o the_o expiration_n of_o the_o time_n for_o which_o he_o shall_v have_v be_v elect_v the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n to_o be_v assemble_v in_o a_o general_n court_n and_o be_v qualify_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v elect_a and_o choose_v any_o other_o member_n or_o member_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n qualify_v as_o aforesaid_a into_o the_o office_n of_o such_o governor_n deputy-governor_n or_o director_n that_o shall_v so_o die_v or_o be_v remove_v or_o who_o office_n shall_v so_o become_v void_a which_o person_n so_o to_o be_v choose_v shall_v continue_v in_o the_o say_a office_n until_o the_o next_o usual_a time_n hereby_o appoint_v for_o election_n and_o until_o other_o shall_v be_v due_o choose_v and_o swear_v they_o how_o the_o
governor_n deputy-governor_n director_n shall_v act_n and_o the_o power_n give_v to_o they_o and_o for_o the_o better_a order_v and_o manage_n the_o affair_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n we_o do_v by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n grant_v unto_o the_o say_a governor_n and_o company_n of_o the_o bank_n of_o england_n and_o their_o successor_n and_o we_o do_v by_o these_o present_n will_n authorize_v and_o appoint_v that_o the_o say_a governor_n deputy-governor_n and_o director_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o thirteen_o or_o more_o of_o they_o of_o which_o the_o governor_n or_o deputy-governor_n to_o be_v always_o one_o shall_v and_o may_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o at_o all_o convenient_a time_n assemble_v and_o meet_v together_o at_o any_o convenient_a place_n or_o place_n for_o the_o direction_n and_o management_n of_o the_o affair_n and_o business_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n and_o then_o and_o there_o to_o hold_v court_n of_o affair_n and_o business_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n in_o the_o borrow_n or_o receive_v of_o money_n and_o give_v security_n for_o the_o same_o under_o the_o common_a seal_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n and_o in_o their_o deal_n in_o bill_n of_o exchange_n or_o the_o buy_n or_o sell_v of_o bullion_n gold_n or_o silver_n or_o in_o sell_v any_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandize_n whatsoever_o which_o shall_v real_o and_o bona_fw-la fide_fw-la be_v leave_v or_o deposit_v with_o the_o say_a corporation_n for_o money_n lent_n and_o advance_v thereon_o and_o which_o shall_v not_o
