time_n as_o they_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v so_o appoint_v in_o manner_n as_o by_o this_o act_n such_o officer_n who_o deputy_n they_o be_v be_v appoint_v to_o do_v and_o so_o as_o such_o deputy_n
