be_v present_v according_a to_o their_o several_a direction_n may_v the_o first_o in_o his_o declaration_n he_o offer_v 1._o a_o general_a pardon_n to_o all_o of_o all_o sort_n except_v only_o such_o as_o the_o parliament_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o except_v provide_v that_o they_o sue_v out_o their_o pardon_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n within_o forty_o day_n after_o the_o publication_n thereof_o 2._o he_o offer_v a_o liberty_n to_o tender_a conscience_n for_o matter_n of_o religion_n so_o far_o forth_o as_o the_o parliament_n shall_v think_v fit_a and_o to_o consent_v
