scotland_n according_a to_o the_o exegencie_n of_o affair_n the_o king_n may_v depart_v from_o our_o dear_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n at_o his_o pleasure_n when_o or_o whether_o he_o please_v although_o his_o pleasure_n shall_v be_v never_o so_o pernicious_a or_o perilous_a to_o our_o dear_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n for_o his_o pleasure_n may_v only_o be_v know_v to_o himself_o and_o not_o at_o all_o to_o our_o dear_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n no_o more_o than_o it_o be_v foreknow_v as_o our_o dear_a brethren_n will_v make_v we_o believe_v at_o his_o come_n to_o they_o therefore_o if_o our_o dear_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n will_v have_v he_o according_a to_o the_o exigency_n of_o affair_n to_o be_v dispose_v of_o at_o his_o pleasure_n then_o according_a to_o the_o exigency_n of_o affair_n our_o dear_a brethren_n of_o scotland_n must_v run_v the_o hazard_n of_o his_o pleasure_n but_o for_o be_v better_o decide_n of_o the_o matter_n about_o his_o will_n it_o be_v to_o be_v question_v 1._o whether_o since_o the_o covenant_n and_o treaty_n either_o england_n or_o scotland_n may_v assert_v that_o the_o place_n of_o the_o king_n residence_n be_v at_o his_o own_o election_n the_o which_o as_o the_o case_n since_o have_v stand_v may_v in_o no_o wise_n be_v honourable_o grant_v for_o thereby_o in_o all_o reason_n it_o must_v be_v conclude_v that_o the_o two_o kingdom_n take_v upon_o they_o the_o sole_a disposal_n of_o his_o person_n without_o the_o least_o relation_n or_o respect_n to_o his_o personal_a will_n for_o shall_v that_o not_o be_v conclude_v than_o his_o arbitrary_a disposal_n of_o his_o person_n so_o many_o time_n in_o open_a and_o actual_a hostility_n against_o the_o parliament_n and_o people_n of_o england_n be_v justifiable_a 2._o it_o be_v to_o be_v consider_v that_o though_o before_o this_o his_o hostility_n against_o the_o parliament_n and_o people_n he_o may_v dispose_v of_o his_o person_n from_o white-hall_n to_o hampton_n court_n or_o the_o like_a without_o the_o joint_a advice_n of_o the_o two_o kingdom_n whether_o now_o the_o case_n be_v nor_o alter_v or_o no_o 3._o in_o regard_n he_o have_v most_o proper_o levy_v and_o make_v war_n against_o the_o parliament_n and_o people_n of_o england_n and_o in_o regard_n the_o scotch_a engagement_n be_v but_o in_o assistance_n of_o their_o brethren_n of_o england_n whether_o his_o person_n thereupon_o be_v not_o most_o proper_o due_a to_o the_o two_o house_n of_o parliament_n and_o thereupon_o they_o may_v proper_o vote_v the_o disposal_n thereof_o notwithstanding_o his_o king-ship_n of_o scotland_n by_o reason_n the_o offence_n be_v proper_o against_o they_o and_o a_o main_a end_n of_o the_o war_n be_v to_o reduce_v and_o recover_v his_o person_n unto_o the_o custody_n and_o power_n
