themselves_o from_o the_o church_n we_o therefore_o for_o the_o restraint_n of_o all_o such_o wilful_a contemner_n or_o neglecter_n of_o the_o service_n of_o god_n do_v ordain_v that_o the_o church_n or_o chappelwarden_n and_o questmen_n or_o sideman_n of_o every_o parish_n shall_v be_v careful_a to_o inquire_v out_o all_o such_o disaffect_v person_n and_o shall_v present_v the_o name_n of_o all_o
