the_o due_a execution_n of_o the_o statute_n against_o jesuit_n seminary_n priest_n recusant_n the_o 2_o former_a word_n include_v the_o romish_a clergy_n the_o latter_a the_o laiety_n etc._n etc._n and_o begin_v thus_o for_o the_o better_a and_o more_o due_a execution_n of_o the_o statute_n heretofore_o make_v against_o who_o as_o well_v against_o jesuit_n seminary_n priest_n and_o other_o follow_v if_o the_o popish_a recusant_n shall_v not_o be_v punish_v by_o this_o act_n make_v against_o sectary_n and_o seditious_a conventicler_n that_o then_o the_o sectary_n and_o conventicler_n that_o it_o shall_v continue_v to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o first_o session_n of_o the_o next_o parliament_n in_o such_o force_n and_o effect_n as_o it_o be_v the_o first_o year_n of_o charles_n the_o conventicler_n and_o the_o nonconformist_a minister_n who_o do_v not_o conform_v to_o the_o act_n of_o uniformity_n make_v in_o this_o king_n reign_n but_o the_o act_n common_o call_v the_o 5_o mile_n or_o any_o way_n impeach_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o default_n in_o form_n 3._o and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n offend_v against_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v a_o inhabitant_n in_o any_o other_o incur_v shall_v be_v levy_v by_o warrant_n as_o aforesaid_a upon_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o the_o husband_n of_o each_o feme-covert_n 17._o provide_v also_o that_o no_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v be_v attach_v or_o imprison_v by_o virtue_n or_o force_n of_o this_o act_n any_o thing_n matter_n or_o clause_n therein_o to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o 18._o provide_v also_o religious_a worship_n that_o be_v where_o the_o conventicler_n meet_v together_o under_o a_o pretence_n of_o worship_n not_o according_a to_o the_o liturgy_n and_o practice_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n but_o indeed_o to_o carry_v on_o ill_a design_n against_o the_o state_n 2._o if_o any_o such_o conventicle_n be_v the_o justices_z know_v it_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o two_o witness_n may_v make_v a_o record_n thereof_o and_o then_o the_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v so_o as_o in_o the_o act_n you_o have_v hear_v 3._o it_o must_v appear_v upon_o oath_n before_o the_o justice_n or_o confession_n of_o the_o party_n 1._o that_o it_o be_v a_o seditious_a conventicle_n meet_v together_o to_o disturb_v the_o peace_n under_o pretence_n of_o religion_n 2._o that_o the_o worship_n there_o practise_v be_v not_o according_a to_o the_o liturgy_n and_o practice_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n so_o that_o the_o informer_n must_v be_v present_a the_o whole_a time_n of_o the_o meeting_n for_o if_o they_o only_o hear_v a_o man_n pray_v or_o preach_v that_o be_v not_o contrary_a to_o the_o practice_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n and_o how_o do_v it_o appear_v that_o they_o do_v not_o read_v the_o liturgy_n 3._o it_o must_v be_v prove_v that_o there_o be_v assemble_v five_o person_n or_o more_o beside_o the_o inhabitant_n in_o the_o house_n 4._o if_o a_o party_n be_v fine_v above_o ten_o shilling_n if_o he_o pay_v down_o the_o money_n or_o it_o be_v levy_v within_o one_o week_n after_o such_o payment_n or_o levy_n he_o may_v appeal_v from_o the_o
