the_o excellency_n of_o our_o law_n and_o particular_o those_o of_o enquiry_n and_o trial_n by_o juries_n i_o bear_v such_o honourable_a respect_n and_o kindness_n to_o the_o present_a judge_n as_o to_o believe_v and_o hope_v that_o whatsoever_o may_n sometime_o happen_v they_o always_o do_v and_o will_v for_o the_o future_a make_v it_o their_o care_n to_o preserve_v the_o law_n in_o its_o due_a course_n and_o to_o prevent_v any_o mischief_n or_o inconvenience_n from_o enter_v or_o grow_v in_o the_o use_n or_o practice_n of_o it_o i_o will_v here_o close_o but_o that_o i_o can_v not_o total_o forbear_v to_o take_v some_o notice_n of_o the_o way_n which_o be_v use_v to_o punish_v those_o protestant_n who_o do_v not_o conform_v in_o the_o outward_a manner_n of_o worship_n and_o ceremony_n the_o people_n of_o this_o land_n by_o quiet_a dwell_n here_o that_o it_o will_v infinite_o enrich_v this_o nation_n by_o increase_n of_o trade_n and_o value_v of_o land_n that_o trade_n be_v thereby_o increase_v his_o majesty_n custom_n will_v be_v also_o very_o much_o increase_v that_o gentleness_n mercy_n and_o kindness_n be_v honourable_a quality_n that_o these_o quality_n be_v agreeable_a unto_o the_o gracious_a expression_n of_o his_o majesty_n to_o his_o protestant_n subject_n concern_v the_o fame_n that_o it_o be_v suitable_a to_o the_o kindness_n he_o show_v to_o the_o persecute_a french_a protestant_n that_o we_o hope_v some_o of_o his_o counsellor_n and_o our_o best_a magistrate_n be_v of_o the_o like_a honourable_a mind_n concern_v gentleness_n to_o be_v use_v to_o protestant_a dissenter_n and_o that_o the_o measure_n of_o their_o goodness_n will_v be_v esteem_v and_o take_v by_o the_o degree_n of_o their_o disposition_n to_o such_o gentleness_n i_o can_v
