ireland_n be_v a_o free_a parliament_n of_o itself_o independent_a of_o and_o not_o subordinate_a to_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n and_o that_o the_o subject_n of_o ireland_n be_v immediate_o subject_a to_o your_o majesty_n as_o in_o right_a of_o your_o crown_n and_o that_o the_o member_n of_o the_o say_a parliament_n of_o ireland_n and_o all_o other_o the_o subject_n of_o ireland_n be_v independent_a and_o no_o way_n to_o be_v order_v or_o conclude_v by_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n and_o be_v only_o to_o be_v order_v and_o govern_v within_o that_o kingdom_n by_o your_o or_o no_o further_o regulate_v at_o all_o howbeit_o they_o humble_o refer_v it_o to_o your_o majesty_n great_a wisdom_n and_o goodness_n to_o do_v therein_o as_o to_o law_n and_o justice_n shall_v
